RIVER FRONT house w/ outdoor kitchen on River Rd in River Road Villas!
Les villas River Road sont le plus récent ajout à River Road! Nous sommes situés entre le 2ème et le 3ème croisement. Nous sommes à environ 15 minutes de Gruene et New Braunfels. Cette maison est une propriété en bord de rivière avec près de 200 pieds d'accès direct et facile à la rivière. Vous pouvez voir la rivière depuis le porche à l'étage ou le pont du rez-de-chaussée ou vous détendre au bord de la rivière magnifiquement aménagé. Il a de l'eau constante dans cette rivière. Super endroit pour se détendre et / ou jouer dans la rivière. Profitez également de la vue panoramique sur les falaises. Ceci est une nouvelle maison 4br / 3bath avec cuisine ouverte / salle à manger / salon. Cuisine complète avec vaisselle, tous les appareils et ustensiles de cuisine fournis. Il y a des téléviseurs dans chaque pièce avec un énorme téléviseur incurvé de 65 "avec un son surround intégré dans le salon. De plus, il y a aussi un téléviseur 65 "sur le porche avant pour profiter de tous vos besoins de divertissement, que ce soit à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur. We loved our stay in this house!! Fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking utensils and tools you could ever need. Everything was very clean and in working order. Steps from the river. We went next door to caps - had them drop us in the river at l&l camp ground and floated right back to the house. We will definitely rent this place again

Really enjoyed our stay here. Group of guys doing a fantasy football draft and a float at the same time. Great please, right on the water. Easy to get to, get in & out of. Just far away enough from town and right in the thick of River Road. Only downside is the water has a bit of a sulfur smell, but didn’t hurt our time at all.

We have been coming to the Guadalupe for many years and this was the best place by far we have stayed at. We will be coming back. The bar and kitchen downstairs is the best hangout. The mini split ac, fans and shade from the trees made this spot enjoyable all day long in 100+ temps. There's a great sound system linked throughout the porch, lighting, bbq pit and all the amenities needed for a great outdoor experience. We loved the music theme of the house. Being from Texas it brought back many memories of concerts seeing these bands all over the walls. The river is just steps away from the back porch which was great for cooling off. We were very pleased with the property and like i said before we will be returning.

If you ever want a place to stay on the river in New Braunfels, this house is the ultimate getaway for a family or friends vacation. This house has everything you will ever need from a beautiful place to relax, very very clean and it has a complete bar/kitchen set up to have fun at night. It literally is a stones throw away from the river. By far the best house i have ever rented. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to getaway for a few days on the river!

This is a BEAUTIFUL home and was perfect for our family gathering. The owner really has thought of everything. There were plenty of games for adults and kids alike and the downstairs kitchen area was AMAZING...and air conditioned! Only drawback was that "Satellite/DishTV was listed as an amenity but is no longer provided. Overall a GREAT experience and perfect spot on the river. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!!

This was our first experience with a VRBO property, and it was Fabulous. The house had everything you needed and more. The decor was unbelievable and made you feel like you were in a real home, not just a rental property. The location of the house put us almost at the river's edge. Our family had a fantastic time and made great memories. The owners of this property went Above and Beyond our expectations and we are very grateful.

We’ve stayed here twice now. The house just couldn’t be more perfect. Maybe 40 yards from porch to the water, great space inside and out for relaxing, hanging out and making memories!

By far the best VRBO property we have rented! The decor itself is museum worthy for music lovers. The bedrooms were perfect for our group. The kitchen was well stocked. And the location was ideal. We want to rent this property again!

We had the best time at this house and the river! The house was clean and very well stocked, from fluffy bath towels to shampoo and fully stocked kitchen to great outside living space. It was very close to the river. We will definitely go back and recommend this place to others.

Amazing place and location! Everything you might need is provided and you are steps away from river access. Jeff was very quick to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend for a fun getaway with friends!

What more could you want
After a lot of searching for the "perfect" river house rental we settled on this one. We could not have been happier with our decision. The house is right by the water so you could hop in without having to catch a ride.
This house checked every box for our group of friends that went and I can't imagine how it wouldn't do the same for any group of river travellers. The house has a massive porch area downstairs that is right outside of an outdoor kitchen/bar area. Plenty of space for everyone to kick back and eat dinner, have a few drinks, laugh and play games. Once you go upstairs, you'll find a huge balcony outside of the main living area. Wonderful outdoor seating with built in speakers, huge fans to keep cool and a mounted TV. Inside the house everything is very spacious so you don't feel like you're on top of one another. We were even impressed with the bedrooms and bathrooms. There were huge oversized showers that were "big man certified". I think we all agreed that if we owned a house on the river we would want it to be set up just like this one. We will be returning to this house.again, without a doubt!!

Wonderful property
This house is the best place we have stayed on the river in the last ten years! Jeff was so easy to communicate with and he went above and beyond to make our trip perfect! We will definitely be back! If you have a large group and your looking for the perfect house on the river, this is the one!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this house and everything is absolutely great. Great view of the river! Patio is very large and relaxing, the large fans outside were awesome and at night it felt great.The house has everything you need! Very clean, roomy and decor is awesome. This house is AMAZING!!
Rented from Jeff with a few friends for our annual concert weekend at White Water and this house could not have been more perfect! Jeff has everything you could possibly need to entertain already there for you! We always bring a lot of stuff but didn’t even use half of it this time! The house is in and ideal location on River Rd and we were able to float right from the house and get a ride back, even were able to get a shuttle bus from campsite next door to the show! Jeff’s neighbors were some of the best sorts you can imagine living next door to for a long weekend getaway! Jeff was prompt to get my security deposit back to me. My friends and I can only hope we will welcomed back to rent the house for our future trips!

This river house is PERFECT!
My family had the best time on the Guadalupe and the perfection of this home was a huge reason. The kitchen has everything you need. Bathrooms and showers are enormous. Bring linens, and you are good to go! You will spend forever walking around and looking at the memorabilia the Bair family has allowed to this rental. Guitars, signed photos from every country star you can imagine! The patio is fabulous. The Sectional outdoor sofa and heavy adirondack counter height chairs are the perfect seating for lots of friends and family and hours of laughing and people watching on the river which is steps away. Rent this property! It will not disappoint!

Incredible River House!
We stayed in this complex with about six other families for our wedding weekend. We all had different houses and we felt extremely safe! We were blown away with this house! It was so clean and had every amenity we needed and then some! Jeff was very prompt in responding to us and we cannot wait to come back and stay!

Great house! Great location! If you want NB river fun, this is a great place to hang and sleep!
Plenty of room for 10 ppl! Steps from the river in a nice, new community. Relatively close to everything! Very tastefully decorated! My only recommendation would be to include the sheets in the stay. It wasn't ideal to bring sheets and remove them to take them home.

We really enjoyed our stay, the home is perfect for a large family and so close to the water.
The interior is beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, good, large towels. Some identical homes in the neighborhood show the downstairs bar as available, a little confusing as this outside bar was locked down. I recommend to clarify upfront that it's not available. Also recommend a deep clean of home between renters. I'm sure with quick turnover of property, it's difficult, but it's a high end, expensive rental and expectations include immaculately cleaned home. Jeff was accommodating and responsive. Would definitely go back!

AMAZING PLACE!
Jeff Bair's cabin is an amazing place to kick back and relax on the Guadalupe! Everything about it was first class and we had a fantastic time staying there for a music fest that was being held next door at Mountain Breeze Campgrounds. We had 8 couples between Jeff's cabin (RRV4) and Kim Girouard' s cabin (RRV3) next door and nothing could have been better. The downstair's outdoor kitchens and decks are such a great place for the groups to share breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Easy access to the water....what else can I say..."this was perfect for us!" Jeff is so easy to work with on coordination and information about the cabin, the river, the area. WE'LL BE BACK! Thanks Jeff!

Great House! We had everything we needed. Upgrades galore with awesome private master sweet downstairs. Big screen T.V. on the patio for sports viewing. Tube rental venue is a 2 minute walk next store.

Perfect Vacation Retreat!!!
Superb vacation property! The house is beautiful, well-kept, and nicely furnished for feeling right at home. The flat screen TVs throughout allowed everyone to enjoy favorite programming. We had 7 adult sibling and the sleeping/bath accommodations were excellent for our needs. The house also provided a great location for our family cookout and evening of karaoke. The kitchen was very well-stocked with everything you would have in your own home. Agree with another recommendation for guests to bring gallon jugs of bottled water for the coffee pot and drinking water. We loved the house which was within close proximity to our family in the local area. The owners were great; Jeff responded immediately to text and ensured we had everything needed for a perfect weeks stay!!!

Fantastic!
The house is beautiful, well-kept, and nicely furnished. There are flat screen TVs in every bedroom and even on the deck. The guys watched football on the deck while the girls watched a PBS costume drama! :-) The photo looks like there are a lot of stairs, but it's really just one short flight of stairs with a few steps to turn in two different directions. The house is very close to the river, and there are several picnic tables to use if you want to be right at the river. Our grandchildren enjoyed looking for minnows, and we all enjoyed the mountain goats scaling the cliffs. We loved being at the house, but it was an easy drive to take everyone to Landa Park, Gruene, or even San Antonio. If you like organic food, there is a local health food store in New Braunfels: For Goodness Sake. All the locals were very nice. Jeff responded very quickly to any questions before and during our stay. We look forward to a return visit!

Clean, beautiful, and comfortable!
We had 4 couples in our group and each and every one of us loved the house. We plan on renting this place again next year when we come in for our annual fall getaway. The only recommendation I would have for guests is to bring gallon jugs of bottled water for the coffee pot and drinking water. We didn't know the tap water was bad or else we would have bought more water from the grocery store along with everything else. The kitchen was otherwise well-stocked and the sleeping arrangements were great for everyone.

Beautiful house, incredible view, awesome host!
This property could not have been nicer! Ceiling fans and TVs throughout (not like we watched TV), comfortable beds and plenty of space. Amble room for parking and spectacularly decorated. Worth every penny and will go back again! Wonderful owners who ensured we had everything needed for a perfect weekend!!!
