Position is excellent for walking. Local pubs 5 within a 15 min walk are all good to excellent and different in their styles. Value for money also excellent.

The bath in the first floor bathroom is raised and difficult to get in and out of safely. This is due to it being the wrong way round as the waste needs to be raised. Turning the bath round could solve this but a walk in shower would be better. The ensuite bathroom is better but no shower curtain makes a shower difficult. Again just a shower would be adequate.

homely, clean and very comfortable. nice quality bedding and furniture plus appliances and accessories. excellent location too.

the only criticism was the parking. it was awkward parking within a neighbours garden where they were relaxing with table and chairs. they were friendly but to us it felt awkward. clearing a parking space adjacent to the cottage would be more satisfactory and more practical.

Great location for walks and access to the village. Facilities were great for 3 of us and would stay again.

We had a little problem with the heating initially but that was sorted out and it was very comfortable once working.

The cottage was clean, spacious and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The cottage was conveniently close to the village and close to plenty of walking trails. A lot of local information was provided. It was easy to find and the key easy to locate.
