A reasonably clean and compact apartment. Good central location and quite good value for money

Staircase dangerous no hand rail. Lack of equipment No heating No small items at all IE salt pepper Stag party too noisy all night Left a day early after finding alternative accomodation.

The house was clean, comfortable and in a good position to visit the city, at walking distance from everywhere.

Nothing flash but was great for a couple of nights, Easy to walk to main town. Quiet and clean room.had small kitchenette which was good for breakfast and coffee/tea making

Had wrong code and needed to go to visitor centre and ask them to call/speak French to get a new code. Once resolved was fine

It was comfortable and a reasonable price. It was good to have tea and coffee and kitchen equipment

It was very difficult to find. The sign is not obvious. There is no lift. The toilet and shower area is very small. There was no soap in the shower dispenser

The very demanding stairs to the bedroom and shower room . Despite booking for three, only two sets of towels were provided. Floor not clean, obvious coffee stains on the floor tiles.

Outstanding studio apartment. We enjoyed the location, space in the room, and TV with BBC ....!!

We were in appt A-1, and could hear washing machines running all night in the basement, used by housekeeping staff.

Laid out well. Period features. Very clean. Not hot.

Quick check-in, windows that can open and free parking at the race track.

The bathroom is uncomfortably small. Even a small person will have difficulty fitting in the shower. Moreover the shower has a leak and has a horrible smell. Don’t book the room in the middle of the summer because it will be extremely hot.

Location was good, it only took a 5 minute walk to get to the city centre of Caen

Half of the lights were not working, including the kitchen light. Using the kitchen was near to impossible due to the fact that the kitchen was placed in a dark corner. The toiletflush was working poorly. Pillows are bad.

Beautiful comfortable flat close to centre.

Code changed a couple of hours before we arrived when we did not have Internet connection and no way of getting in. A bit stressful.

Decent sized room, very clean and quiet neighbourhood. A few minutes' walk from centre.

If you have a problem with stairs you need to know that the stairs here are on the steep side. Getting a suitcase up to the second floor may be an issue.

Clean ,close to the City Center

Pans in the kitchen were very damaged, not suitable for health. The number given at booking doesnt answer to us.

Location was perfect to get to the city centre by foot. The room was clean, and heated before we arrived.

There was no free parking spot around, we had to park quite far from the building, and it was a paid parking during the day. At some point, we needed to contact someone from the staff. Nobody answers the phone in the evening, and nobody answered my message on the website form. Luckily we sorted out the problems on our own. One more thing: the stairs are quite steep and space in the staircase is narrow. The space for the bed was narrow too, and so was the bathroom.

Bed. Only one thin sheet on the mattress, same as trying to sleep directly on the mattress, poor night's sleep. Fuse board uncovered. No USB charging port. Toilet did not flush.
