루프탑 바에 있는 수영장은 이용이 불가해 아쉬웠습니다.

Fantastic hotel, staff amazing. Jonny was fantastic and so helpful getting us to places.

All staff were lovely except one lady on reception when we arrived. We were upgraded which was nice and the room was lovely. I would stay again.

No one dropped luggage to our room but we were assisted taking out or luggage to the car so I think no one was available at the time.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was captivated by its modern charm and the impeccable hospitality offered by the staff. The location of the hotel, right at the heart of the city, ensured that I had the privilege of waking up to stunning views of the bustling metropolis. The sight of the city's iconic bridges and majestic mountains against the backdrop of the rising sun was nothing short of breathtaking. What made this view even more enchanting was the rooftop swimming pool that overlooked the entire city. Lounging by the pool while taking in the panoramic vistas was an experience that will forever be etched in my memory. The twin swimming pools were a true highlight of the hotel. The ground-level pool offered a tranquil oasis where I could unwind and escape the urban hustle. However, it was the rooftop pool that stole the show. The infinity pool seemed to merge with the skyline, allowing me to take a refreshing dip while soaking in the captivating views of the city's landmarks. It was an experience that left me in awe and truly added a touch of luxury to my stay.

Jennie's service is wonderful and I'll want to stay at this hotel when i visit again.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good and the restaurant interior was very nice. It was easy to get a grab to nearby locations.

The rooftop pool is only for decoration. You can not swim in it. The music at the club next door was really loud. They played the music outside til around 11 pm, and then we could hear the bass inside our room until 5 am. If you're a light sleeper, beware.

I prefer smart TV instead of cable

Loved the service and the room! The service was nothing like I had ever seen before in other countries, and the room made the hotel seem even bigger than it looks in the photos!

The hotel outside during the day had us worried walking up to check in. I have seen this in other countries where the hotel doesn't look so good on the outside, but the inside looks incredible.

my main purpose was the friend’s wedding and I did ask to iron my evening dress. The Laundry Department was not considerate enough and hang the silk dress (clipping one side), which could damage clothing

distance to Son Tra night market and main attraction of Đà Nẵng but is walkable dependent of the weather. can hear the music from nightclub/bar.

Pool was nice

Pushy trying to sell you taxi ride. Took them up on the offer and the vehicle was cheap and driver couldn’t drive manual. Bad experience.

No rooftop bar

The connected rooms for families was very spacious and perfect for everyone to get some privacy whilst still being in the one apartment. The rooms and view were wonderful and the staff - excellent and very helpful. I would have liked to see the Sky Lounge open. But instead we spent some time in the pool area is beautifully green with hanging plants and a wonderful breeze.

Only improvements would be to see some wine glasses in the room's kitchen, and more towels :)

Only one restaurant for dinner with really tiny fine dining type portions. Room service menu was limited. As in only 2 pages limited. Trying to get your luggage up and down those front stairs is not for those who have luggage more than 20kg

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We especially liked the large shower in the bathroom.

The staff were not as friendly and accommodating as at the other hotels we stayed at in Vietnam, where we generally had great service. The breakfast was okay but not as good as we came to expect during our travels in Vietnam.

The hotel seems pretty new, rooms and amenities are in near new condition, the location is great to walk to Han Markets, dragon bridge etc, however taxis are always at the front if you want to head to the beach.

The hotel has a night club on the main road , first floor, o don’t think the rooms are sound proof, as we were able to hear the loud music from the 5th floor and then 9th floor when we got moved. we were put on the 5th floor to start with, also a ballroom is located in the level, there was a wedding that day and we could hear everyone when they went to get lift down, really not a good idea to stay there if they have events. also the breakfast wasn’t as good as we had in Hoi An, this is catered to the Asian tourists, which predominantly stay at the hotel, we had to stick with eggs and toast and fruit the whole time we were there. I understand this is a hard thing to change as the main tourist coke from Asian countries. apart from that the hotel is very pretty, the pool is amazing .
