The pool and hot tub were closed. There was no mention of it on their website, the booking website or when we were checking in. WE have stayed there 4 times before and always use the hot tub and was expecting to use them again only to be disappointed!

Liked less was that breakfast was not included and no water bottles in the mini fridge to make coffee. should have a big bath rug for shower.

Very clean and modern hotel. For the price and surrouding area this is very upscale. The view is breathtaking!

The beds could be softer. The attached restaurant boasts high price with low quantity. It's attempting to be upscale but failing to meet expectations. The wine card only had bad wines on it.

The room was clean

Although it was our 25 anniversary of marriage that I informed the place in advance, we got a room with a view to the parking. The door of the wash room was broken and the water were cold. Although we informed the team, they claimed that they are fully booked and therefore no able to change the room. it wasn’t one of the good places we stayed in. Also the lady in the resection in the night we arrived was a bit rude and was not willing to help.

The bed was very comfy, the restaurent was excellent and the staff was really friendly. The pool was a really nice size and the bathrobe were some of the comfiest ii tried on.

The bathroom was so small that we couldn't even both bee in it at the same time. If you are on the toilet the door cannot be opened cause your knees touch it. There were long blond hair on the bed, neither me or my partner have blond hair. there were some kind of burnt mark on the wall (little weird dots of burnt). The remote for the tv wasn't working either. It's not that we had an unpleasent stay, it's just that the room wasn't all that great in term of salubrity and didn't meet our expectations. Everythings else was great.

Nice modern hotel, large room, well equipped. Nice restaurant with river view. Nice location, space to park the car.

We asked whether we would get dinner in the hotel when arriving from the ferry (20.30 - 20.45). The answer was that the kitchen would close at 20.30, so we did not take the risk. Having arrived at the hotel, we were told that having dinner was no problem, the information was seemingly wrong, to the disadvantage of all parties involved.
