The location was was great ,the staff was very pleasant,helpful,friendly. And the cookies was so good better than a little candy.Breakfast was great, fresh salad fruit that’s a plus including,walnuts,cranberries / yogurt Cleanness , functional kitchen and toilet/bathroom.

Heating/cooling system is noisy ,either heat then cold air, warm blanket were missing ,had to buy one.Pillows not comfortable at all. ,

Rooms are equipped with everything you could need, including all toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel etc.) and hairdryer, ironing board and iron. There is also free use of washing machines and dryer (on ground floor) and a laundry basket is provided in the room. The fridge is a really decent size.

The coffee is awful. I have been before, so bought my own coffee to use in the drip machine in my room, as the stuff provided is not very strong. But the coffee in the dining room is even worse! This is not just in this hotel though, I found you have to hunt around to find a decent coffee anywhere outside of the big cities, maybe I'm just spoilt living in Europe.

Clean. Nice,friendly front desk staff. Quiet for sleeping. Comfortable bed. Good location.

Many of the breakfast foods were done when I went down to eat an hour before breakfast was supposed to be done. There was no staff person to approach to ask about this. I find hotel prices are too high.

Clean comfortable suite

Better customer service we were traveling with a sick cat and had booked a studio suite with a living area and a sofa. I had also requested a room in a place where there was less noise. Instead the receptionist gave us a room with a bed bathroom and kitchen but no living space next to the elevator, we refused the room and he was very unhelpful. We spoke with an agent at booking.com and only after they intervened did we get an upgraded room. The hotel and breakfast is very good but customer service was awful and led to lots of anxiety as I had a sick cat and most hotels don't accept pets hence moving to another hotel would have been difficult. My request to the management is to speak with this gentleman and perhaps offer further advice and training

Room and bathroom clean.

Breakfast was from 6-9:30. But if you arrived at 9, no fruit, no juice, empty bowls. Room next to elevator so no sleep at all with the elevator maschines running constantly. Very bad wifi in the room

This was my first stay at a Staybridge Suite. I was impressed with the layout of the room. The desk area is separate near the kitchen (which I didn't use) and wraps around to the bedroom and bathroom area. It was perfect and very comfortable.

My room was adjacent to the elevator so there was some noise, but nothing too bad. The noise stopped around bedtime and wasn't an issue. I can't think of anything negative.

Facilities, staff, bed was comfy

Couch was stained in the room.

Clean, good warm breakfast, comfortable bed

close to the highway, minutes from shopping/ restaurants. it was clean and staff were friendly

Jacuzzi tub. Comfortable bed. Clean suite. Excellent breakfast

Price. A little steep, but understandable being around new years eve. I've already booked my next stay
