The location the food and staff all was great
Swimming pool water was cold hut tub not working.

The heat and air conditioning wasn’t working the entire stay. Had to rely on the window being open to adjust the temp inside.

don’t like paying an extra 20 bucks for my small dog .

I love the area of High River and the friendly staff.
The black out curtains did not black out anything. The pool lights were on all night and we barely slept because of it.

I am a local I have lived in high river for years and to be charged a $250 deposit was crazy. I have stayed at other local hotels and they waved the deposits
In the morning I turned o. The coffee pot and the microwave at the same time and blew a breaker and had to go to the front desk to have it fixed. The pool was so cold my daughter she could only stay on for 15 minutes. The pool is why we rented a room

Front desk staff were very helpful. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable.

Toilet wobbled when you sat on it.
Waited 10 minutes in the restaurant with no one even acknowledging we were there, left without the free breakfast.

The breakfast was FANTASTIC; AND so was the staff.
the front desk did not know how to call us a taxi from the front desk phone. He did not know what taxies were in operation or what time the last taxi worked.
I WANTED TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO FOLD THAT LOVELY, COMFORTABLE BED and put it in my nap sack without it being tooo obvious!

the first room had not been made up yet and the room we stayed in was not very clean. the toilet was filthy.

The smell in the room was awful, room hasn’t been renovated ever, bathroom was not nice. staff in restaurant were incompetent

It was clean. The breakfast was really good. 👌
Iwish I would have known that the pool and hot tub were out of commission. Was looking forward to soaking. Also the wifi wasn't great.

Breakfast was very good. What staff that the hotel does have was very nice.
Terrible condition. Had to go to front desk to get ice. No cleaning staff so had to keep going to front desk for coffee, cups, etc. Dinner in restaurant terrible service as seemed like no employees there.

We discovered booking online was much more expensive than booking directly with the hotel. They have a seniors rate and an Alberta residents rate, neither of which was offered through book8ng online.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Bed was very comfy and well supplied with pillows and blankets. The room service was excellent, very prompt and friendly.
Breakfast was delicious, a hot breakfast in the hotel restaurant was part of our room price. We would definitely stay again if we returned to High River
The hotel was wonderful, just felt crowded with the 2 beds in the room. The town had a very distinct odor, I'm not sure if that is an all the time smell or just the time of year we were there.

heritage inn hotel is located on the center of the city it's very nice to walk to ather side of town and everything is great. very Cline

Pool was closed.
No housekeeping or garbage change.
No cart available to bring in luggage.
Automatic door button did not work on either side. I was on a knee scooter and had difficulty opening the door.
Continental breakfast was awful and wasn't available Sunday or Monday (holiday)

Clean bed and bathroom.
No restaurant or lounge open for evening meal. Had to travel to separate location. Nothing open in the morning and didn't receive the promised breakfast. The facilities was the major draw for booking here.
