The hotel was very nice and seemed to be well maintained.

The view from our room was limited and the additional expense to park while also having to park offsite and wait for shuttles is a bit much for the price we paid for the room. No continental breakfast was provided, you had to pay for breakfast and minimum was $25 per person. The hotel mentioned you had to schedule an hour to use the pool but when we got there, no one was keeping track - no employee was there. Kids were running amok and there were way more people in the area then there should have been.

As a middle eastern , I am not used to be charged to Park my car on a 5 stars hotel , without mentioning the absence of a Valet , drinking water came at 5 CAD the .5 liter bottle on the room , even upon arrival !!! The food was just average . North American Hotels are not setting the Hospitality standards no more .... Habibi , come to Dubai and enjoy real luxury and value for your money.

Pool Zementfugen müssten gereinigt werden oder erneuert. Whirlpool Badewanne ließ sich nicht nutzen da nur der Duschkopf funktionierte, mit diesem allein aber die Wanne nicht voll wurde.

The staff at the counter were very friendly.

The room condition was that it was on the city side, but the window was small and I couldn't enjoy the view outside. I was hoping for wide windows and thought I could enjoy it on the city side too.

The view from the window was awesome. It was as advertised. Also, the tub was great after a day of walking.

The elevator was under repair, so the wait often exceeded 6 minutes. Fear for fire. Trash cans and tissues were not situated well. There is a lot of water waste. Which could be reduced with individual water heaters to each bathroom. Also, no microwave. Please. When I booked my stay, I asked for an early check in and was told that I would be accommodated if there was room. This was not honored, and an additional charge was added but no additional service to the room. Twice we had to call for service because no towels and no sheet change in 3 days

Everything that we wanted to do was within walking distance. The place was clean, and the staff was nice and helpful. The pools were great, too.

While we were there, they were working on two or three of the six elevators in our tower. It took a while to catch an elevator up or down. The room was kinda small, but it was big enough for us.

The view was decent. It was not too far from the falls. Staff were OK.

Too expensive for what you get. Whirlpool tub was filthy. They triple pre-authed my credit card and now there's 3 pending charges on it.

It smelled the sofas where nasty the elevators where broke and the air in elevators didn’t work staff wasn’t accommodating they charge my account too much money. The trip was just ruined.

Wifi didn’t work and the tv kept losing signal had it not been raining these things would be an issue as we wouldn’t be in our room

The long wait for elevators. Very very long in the morning. To expensive to park The fire alarm at 4:15am totally sucked

The room was too small, there was no Microwave in the room, and the entrance was too narrow.

The room price was too high., however, the room view was great!

The hotel was nice and clean, digital check out was lovely. Lady in the little shop downstairs was so sweet and kind.

Parking was the first issue. $80+tax for parking in the underground garage, and all the accessible spots were blocked off, ended up having to double park in a regular spot (so my handicapped passenger could get in/out) and came out the follow day to a minivan parked 2” from my door and the car on the other side (not sure how anyone got out of their vehicle except maybe the hatchback) despite there being about 50 empty spots. The woman checking us in was curt (not a welcoming atmosphere), booked a $450 king room with a Canadian falls view (the window was exactly 2 feet wide and in a corner tucked behind the bed). The room was as small as a broom closet and I’m 90% sure the bed was a queen (I have a king at home, and the bed we were given was drastically smaller than we’re used to). Could hear the people in the adjoining room for most of the night. Pool times were “required” to be booked in advance, indicating someone on the pool deck would be checking, but did not. Pool rules have a max of 10 people listed and no boisterous play, there had to be at least 30 people in the pool including kids who did nothing but splash and bump into us the entire time.

Bathtub grimy The elevators were being repaired and in evening only 2 for the whole tower was in service Wait times we’re crazy Workers were grinding metal in an open elevator without a screen up Sparks flying everywhere The family pool closes on Sunday at noon And was not open during the week Had to make an appointment for the infinity pool ( seems like I was the only one who did) Overcrowding in the pool The lady who was supposed to be supervising the pool area was more interested in her phone There were young men in there 20’s jumping and horse playing in the pool then decided to change right in the area in front of my 8 and 9 year old daughters as well as all the other parents and children leaving nothing to the imagination They have weird billing I am watching my credit card to make sure my deposit comes back I will not return to this hotel if they offered it to me free

The room was exceptional..we had an amazing view of the falls..

I didn't like having to park off of the facility..and I did like getting charged for parking..$35.00 per day..
