Walls thin.. Could hear next door. First floor entire floor smelled from the pool chlorine. Front desk gave a coupon for breakfast. Went to the breakfast place for them to not honor it after we ate. Hotel should not hand out coupons that don't work

Great location ,close to casino and incline railway

They need an other elevator for loading and unloading things for the rooms , in the morning when trying to checkout you have to wait as it’s used for other things

We stayed for a night. The location was great, easy access to the fall and lots of restaurants around. Room was big and everything was as expected. Staff were friendly. Parking was extra. 30 plus tax. Overall, good value.

Breakfasts area is very crowded, maybe can extend the breakfast hours. Food was soso, all the basics were there.

Not too far from the falls but still have to walk a bit. Breakfast was decent. Breakfast staff was very nice and helpful — better than front desk and upstairs.

Asking staff for extra pillows was like pulling teeth and they only gave us one. Hard to believe being told that there isn’t enough pillows in the ENTIRE hotel.

The whole experience was very nice my family and I loved how clean and organized the room was. You guys actually thought of everything that the family needs in one room, excellent work.

The location is perfect for visiting the main attractions at Niagara Falls. Close to the wego bus and to the main streets. Room was at 7 floor, very clean and beds were very comfortable.

There is a bad smell of muld in all the common spaces, especially in the aisle of each floor. The quality of the breakfast is low.

Everything was good i was just amazed they do charged us 20$ per day parking fee. Normally the hotel we stay parking is included. Anyways rest all was ok.

Parking Charges $20 per day i stayed 2 days so $40 extra for parking.

Great value, excellent location. Pool was loved by the kids. Elevator smells like mold- they need to fix that. Used the coupon that came in the room for My cousin Vinny’s restaurant next door and it was FIRE. So delicious, would go again. Breakfast at the hotel was expected breakfast food but they have lots of staff standing and watching everything you do while you’re getting your breakfast. It was very uncomfortable.

The location is very convenient and the breakfast was good as well .

Staff was friendly

Right outside our room on the outside of the building they were doing construction to the building. They started work before 8am and the noise was so loud we could everything. Even the workers just talking. When checking in they should warn you of the construction at comfort in ans the noise that will occur.

It was close to everything.

Room was clean. Exellent location close to Fallsview Casino and the Falls. walking distance to many restaurants etc. Not super close to Clifton Hill.

I booked through Booking.com and was not informed through that booking or by the staff that parking was going to be an additional $30 per night. also Hotel fee of $9? What was that about. Niagara Falls in general feels like we are nickel and dimed to death.

Breakfast buffet was very good.

The property is old and run down. They use a lot of spray air freshener. I have an allergy to strong scents and it was very difficult for me. As a person with accessibility requirements, the building we stayed in (family suite) was not accessible. There were stairs to enter the building, and there wasn’t an elevator and I had to walk up to the second floor where our room was located.

The location is amazing! The staff was friendly. The option for two pools made it fun for the kids.

The floors need to be cleaned. We had hair in our sheets when arriving. Breakfast is a no take out option, which really stinks for parents with sleeping children.

The location was good as expected. There was paid parking on the grounds which was convenient.

The hotel was clean but very old,they need some upgrading(wifi). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and included but get there early.

Everything else.... Non functional shower in the bathroom... Toilet that doesn't flush.... Breakfast that was shockingly bad... The lift that never comes up even after ten minutes of waiting... Shockingly racist attitude of the housekeeping staff in a country like Canada....

The location was good. The bed was comfortable.

We had issues with out sink , and bathroom door. The breakfast was in the basement, and by 9am, the line was so long to get it that we gave up. We chose this, so we didn't need to go out for breakfast.
