Breakfast was the best part of the stay

Staff at front counter when checking in was rude Power was out at 4:00 pm when checking in and still out at 8:00 pm Pain to get to lobby while under renovation

I asked for extra blankets at the time of my booking as my husband gets cold, but when I checked in they said they didn’t have any blankets (???)

They have parking restrictions not listed in the booking. The pictures on the reservation are not of this property, specifically the bathroom. I would not have stayed here had I known this. They did not clean my room or give me fresh towels.

The renovation are nice

The completed my booking wrong, a light was broken and the toilet was also broken in the room when we got their. The only staff that was nice was the lady’s at breakfast

Breakfast was very good, eggs, bacon, roasted potatoes, coffee was excellent as well. Will definitely return.

The king bed was not as comfortable as the bed in the room we were in from March 25-28. if you touched the side of the bed it squeaked and when you moved while sleeping it would also squeak.

Location is excellent, breakfast was good - perhaps more fruit options or instant oatmeal (sorry if I missed it) It would be good if we could pick up the night prior items for a breakfast in room - for instance, instant oatmeal, fruit, muffins, yogurt. Picking up your breakfast the night before helps reduce the congestion in the breakfast area (especially with health concerns and Covid still present); and allows the guest to get some extra sleep when they need that. With a microwave and coffee in room, It's easy to get hot water and warm up a muffin for instance.

Everything except the price for 1 night a bit much

Breakfast was ok, Beds were comfortable seemed clean enough.

Rooms were kind of bare bones, cheap toilet paper, one desk chair, no table and chairs to consume take out food ordered. We ended up sitting on our beds to eat, not ideal. A homeless man asked me to pay for a room for him, he was standing right outside the entrance smoking when i came out from registering. Not the hotels fault i guess but maybe some security at night would be good. We were concerned for our vehicle after that encounter.

I enjoyed the breakfast component and the staff were pleasant and very accommodating

I felt that the pictures on the booking site did not accurately reflect the reality of the room. I booked a superior suite but it did not meet my expectations. The price was also way too high for the quality provided

we ended up with an adjoining room which was not good as 1st night could hear gentleman snoring and next night woman yelling at her child frequently .
