We were booked into a room that wasn't cleaned, I understand that mistakes are made, it happens So we moved to another room. The key did not work properly. Had to have the cleaning crew help us with the door. That was 35 minutes. We're never getting back. Something as simple as calling a cab is not possible at this hotel. The front desk number has been blocked by the local cab company. That's so unprofessional!!!! The bed in our room was so uncomfortable! You couldn't even roll over without the entire bed creaking. We both tossed and turned all night and had a horrible night sleep.

The staff made it feel like home away from home.

The restaurant food could be a bit better, but wasn’t too bad.

Staff was friendly, bed comfortable. I was assured a shower chair would be in the bathroom when I arrived but it wasn't.

Bathroom was not very handicapped accessible.

Everything worked, was clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, i slept very well.

parking lot was cramped, access in an out wasn’t intuitive, inside was generally dark and run down, hallway and outside noise, smell of marijuana through the HVAC, tub plug was disgusting,

The room was clean.

Everything about my stay was unpleasant. The hotel halls smelled terrible, garbage bags outside the room doors. I was surprised the room was so clean.
