The hotel was clean for the most part. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Our hotel room was small but cozy. Really liked having the TV in front of the bed. Good for staying in on raining days and watching movies in bed.

There was a foul smell every time we opened the door to our hotel room, like someone had just taken a #2 in the washroom. We tried closing the washroom door, and it helped a bit. I also didn't appreciate that we didn't get our sheets changed on Thursday like we asked. We stayed there for a week & wanted new sheets for the last 3 days of our stay.

Good location for taking in the sites of Quebec City.

Lack of breakfast was disappointing, but Julian gave a great recommendation.

Bathrooms exceptionally clean.

Room small for the high price I paid. Late at night there was loud music playing in next building until 11:20pm at night. Did not make me fall asleep after 12 hours driving.

Nice place, affordable and comfy. Quick drive to old Quebec. Your seconds from the highway.

The door of the room we stayed in was made of frosted glass. Which didn’t really feel fully safe as in someone could break the glass and open our door. Although it’s an unlikely scenario. Piece of mind while staying in your room is important so that door should be changed to a solid door. Other than that, loved the stay, would do it again still.

Really clean and comfortable. The staff had just cleaned out the a/c machine and air filters in our room before we checked in! Very impressed. Also, perfect location for us.

The amenities were minimalistic, but everything was there what was needed. The booking site was showing the location of the hotel in the downtown, but it takes a car ride on highways to get to all tourist attractions, so we were tricked by the website to choose this hotel. The actual address was not so obvious. Location is not convenient for sightseeing. We would not choose it, if we knew it was so far from the downtown.
