The aquatic centre was the highlight of our stay since we had kids in our group.
Also loved the attention to environmental care such as the master switch to ensure all lights were turned off when leaving the room, easy to find recycling bins and motion sensor lighting in the hallways. Beds were comfy too.
The need to bring your room key to move between pools was a bit of an annoyance but manageable. Note - no changing area that we could find in the pool area so you should bring a robe or borrow one from the front desk.

On 1st morning we were late to the ski slopes because the pre-paid breakfast was not buffet (as we expected) so we had to wait in line to order / wait fir food brought to table. No bathrobes provided so we skipped going to hot tub after skiing

I wish there was a small table in the room where we could sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and a croissant from the downstairs Starbucks.

The place was soo clean and spacious. Loved all the amenities and especially the swimming pool. They have both indoor and outdoor plus it’s heated!

Rooms were beautiful. Pool was excellent. Everything including the view was wonderful.
The hallways were dirty. Spilled food outside of rooms, lots of trash bags set out and not picked up left for well over 12 hrs.

Space in the room. Loved the extended bar on the wall with pegs. Really good room dimensions.

the hotel is wonderful! the pools are great! excellent location!
the first day breakfast was buffet and it was excellent. the second we could choose what we wanted to eat but in the third we couldn't even repeat the cup of coffee! anyway, in my opinion, it is not worth buying breakfast in advance as we did.

Hot tubs were great!
Lack of supplies. I wasn't expecting much since it is a hotel room, but a kettle, teaspoons and washable mugs would have been nice. There were paper cups in the room, which went pretty fast. There were tea bags, but we had to make tea using the coffee maker. The staff, however, were accommodating and brought more paper cups and a cork screw when asked. They missed cleaning the room one day, however.

convenient location walking distance to the ski lifts. the outdoor hut tub/pools were big with jets and views of the mountain

Needed to leave early due to Covid and get a partial refund and was totally unable to deal with booking.com because of no working relevant website access and no phone number! Fortunately individuals at the property were very helpful. I will never use booking.com again

Nice hotel. Good location. Ok restaurant.
The rates for the room when we booked were not the actual rate we paid. When we booked online the room rates were $250/night. On the final bill we were charged $500/night. Some staff at the restaurant were rude. The food was overpriced.

The washer and dryer were both broken.
The dishwasher didn't work properly.
