Bed confortable, room for 6 people. Steam shower. Lots of space.

great location, pretty quiet, handy to shops and lifts, the room is a whole apartment with excellent kitchen facilities AND A SAUNA!!! The internet was fine once we managed to get it on all our devices, which was actually very problematic but the staff were superbly helpful - instead of just shrugging and not caring, two of them worked and worked on different solutions for each iPad and laptop until the problem was solved.
the only downside was inadequate coverage of the 4 windows and skylight, so it was never dark inside. Also, there was a surprise visit from a mouse on the 4th (last) night, but the staff were very responsive and offered us a new room.

Nice location in the center.
Room was spacious and clean.
Jacuzzi and pool were great.
A lot of noise around the hotel due to which we couldn't sleep well.
WiFi was unstable.
Parking lot was available but at a large expense of 26 dollar per day.
No power outlets near the bed.

spacious bedroom -deluxe suite and the staff were extremely kind and funny!! We also loved that the room keys were in a wrist band! Genius

Very central location. Easy walking distance to each end of the village.
Old hotel and quite smelly. Hot tub was closed early each night.

There were mice droppings in the cupboards and closets. When we told them they offered us another room. Then that room also had mice droppings in the closet. They did offer another room. But we couldn’t trust that the new room would be clean.

The design of the bedroom upstairs in the Loft was awesome and in room sauna was perfect for my husband who was sick and loves saunas! The rest of the too satisfied all of our needs with well stocked kitchen and fireplace and tv for hockey night in Canada 🇨🇦 We enjoyed the outdoor pool with great temperature and also the outdoor hot tub!!
The microwave was way too high to be safe or cleanable as our family is on the short side. The only other negative is that we couldn’t stay longer!

The location was great. Bed was very comfortable.
I got woken up several times. The first night from someone above? Not sure but very noisy clomping around in ski boots I think. The second night was a delivery truck at 4:00 in the morning. Kind of noisy with the window open.

the 2 lofts and 2 suites we had were perfect for my group of 12 skiers, the staff was super accommodating and we had no problems with our rooms.
hot tub was “broken” the entire week which seems like the hotel’s problem more then the hot tub, problems can be fixed, just need to hire someone

Would not recommend. Shower was very disgusting and dirty. The whole hotel needs a renovation, very outdated. Hottub was not working upon arrival, it was something we were looking forward to post-ski

The location is great.
Room smells, there were old bandaids stuck on our blankets... discusting....bathroom has mold on the tiles, lots of dust behind the beds, never cleaned, ceiling fan was filthy, there were dirty cookie sheeta inaide the stove, the beds are uncomfortable.
