Our room was ready exactly as promised. Love that there is onsite free parking.

The restaurant area where breakfast is served, had ice cold air blowing through it. Every guest coming in remarked on it. I have had this experience there several times before. Very uncomfortable. Too bad because the food is excellent !!

There was no Ac and no free amenities.

Location was across street from ferry landing, room was quiet, clean, and very pleasant; restaurant/pub was convenient, comfortable, good food and beer, and great scenery with Inner Harbour across the street and on main street for lots of action watching, and quick, efficient, friendly check-in and check out.

Hotel food was pricey. Love the harbor views and boat traffic. Convenient to main downtown attractions. Friendly desk staff. Fan was quite adequate for cooling the room. Basically love this place.

Hotel was older which is fine when we'll kept. NO Air conditioning which was huge 😳 room was so hot. Went and sat in stairwell at night to get relief. Great location. Just need to upgrade your hotel with air

Super accommodating staff. It's the busy time of the year, and I was very tired. My room was not ready, but they were able to get me in a room so I could get much needed rest. And the restaurant food is great, always hits the spot after a long day of walking.

Excellent location and facilities! It has a restaurant/bar right in front, a good size pool, vending machine, helpful pamphlets about the city and a good parking lot! We took our dog as well and everything went smoothly! I would definitely book it again!

The water pressure is really low, so taking a shower was kinda annoying but not a deal breaker… :)

Ants in the room, didn’t look like the house keeper actually cleaned the room at all. When we complained the house keeper came back and just remade the bed still didn’t sweep or vacuum the room at all had to call again and I think the front desk had to sweep or something since house keeping had left

The staff were great and friendly. The harbour view was good. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable!

Studio rooms with kitchenette a little small for storage, unpacking etc. Also no air con. This was well advertised and we were told several times in advance. But air con would have been nice. It’s was 29degrees whilst we were visiting. In May. I didn’t think we’d need air con. I was wrong. Not the hotels fault.

It was a bit pricy

Close to downtown; handy to parliament buildings, provincial museum, Empress and Beacon Hill Park; friendly staff; great food to take up to our room from the restaurant.

The swimming pool was closed although I asked at the reception before reserving the hotel. The room is very compact, otherwise it’s fine
