For the price, I’m getting a small “Victorian” room that can barely see through outside. There isn’t even a “city view” in sight.

Fantastic location. Easy walking distance to all the local sites and attraction. We came on the Clipper and it was a convenient 5 minute walk.

There was nothing special for me
This is the first time to visit in your hotel and it was raining outside. However, I was disappointed with the way the staff responded when checking in at your hotel. In particular, there was a lack of detailed explanation on how to use the elevator after underground parking lot and various convenience facilities in your hotel.

The staff were fantastic in enabling an early check-in for me and finding my AirPods left behind by mistake promptly and without fuss. Great location and has everything needed for a luxury stay.

The location was perfect, close to the ferry dock, and the beautiful downtown area. Our room, the lounge, the cafe, and our balcony were comfortable, clean and attractive. The staff were upbeat, friendly, and so helpful. The staff in the cafe went way out of their way to create a positive experience for us. We really appreciated the level of service.

Hotel room could do with a bit of an upgrade.
Fathom restaurant was pricey and food was disappointing. I had salmon which was clearly overcooked, dry and probably cooked the day before. Serving salmon with a vegetable dish containing ground beef was ridiculous!

Was a bed to sleep in, no real extras pool and hot tub were ok.
Toilet had pee and toilet paper in it when we arrived, room service not available over lunch, view of city room was a view of nothing very special. And no room turnover was a disappointment in that bed made and new towels for the second day was something that left me unsatisfied paying that much for a room for 2 nights left me I satisfied with the overall experience.

Beautiful building and property. I loved the room on the waterfront. Umbrellas were available.
Plugs in for device charging in the room weren’t convenient for the beds. The pool/gym was also open to local members which I felt was a bit crowed at times but a great facility.
