Location was good and staff friendly and helpful , always stay here when visiting Canada

On the sat night it was busy and kids where running around the corridors screaming , not really hotels fault but felt they good have been controlled more

Poor maid service. Moldy bagels at breakfast

Very nice, very clean room; it's upstairs but there's an elevator and luggage carts. The pool was good and breakfast was excellent.

This area isn't very walkable, except to the shopping centre across the street. Definitely wouldn't want to be here without a car.

Rooms close together and pool

Check in was a nightmare, no compassion. Friends were already in a 3rd room and their checking in was also a nightmare, not everyone has credit cards or cards that can take the extra security deposit. We had an immediate family member dealth, unreal the extra stress caused us all!!!!!!

Great location edge of Brampton , great parking, no charge .

The shower above bath could do with safety handle for stepping in and out .

The staff are really lovely, like staff from a 5 star hotel, however much they are paid it's not enough! Also the pool and hot tub are really great and the rooms themselves are super comfy.

Unfortunately there is definitely damp on the second floor corridor. They blast aircon to try keep it fresh smelling, but that sour smell is unmissable. Its not in the rooms and all other facilities are lovely. Feels like a nice hotel in need of some tlc.

it was a no pet hotel but the hallway smelt like wet dog!
