Worn out, and in need of renovations. Rooms need a deep clean. Dinning room needs a deep clean.

Chambre confortable et spacieuse. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Bon accueil avec cadeau d’arrivée.

Pas de tri sélectif au petit déjeuner avec des assiettes en carton et des couverts en plastique 😤

The location was easy to access and it was nice that they allowed dogs. The front desk staff when we checked in was very pleasant and helpful

The hallways to the rooms smelled like dog urine and all the walls and doors looked very dirty. The bed sheets were clean, though the set i slept on were so rough it resembled my grandmother's flannel sheets that she's had for 50 years (my husband's were fine). The beds were quite hard and I feel that I should have spent the extra 40$ to go to a better place. There were an old pair of dirty kids shoes sticking out from under the bed and the floor in the bathroom had a lot of buildup of dirt and hair in the corners. There was also no caulking in the bottom half of the shower and obvious signs of mold. I think with some care and tlc, this would have been a pleasant stay but it seems like no one cares about the cleanliness of the corridors and rooms. In the morning, we ventured down to get breakfast and all the tables were dirty, with no staff available to wipe them down. When I went looking for something to clean them with (I have no issue, we probably arrived right after a rush) I saw a handful of dirty rags that they were using to wipe everything down. We do a lot of hotel stays and this was by far the worse breakfast we have gone too, but I wasn't expecting a whole lot, just for it to be clean . The staff seem overworked.

L’emplacement était parfait et le personnel réactif à nos demandes.

Il manquait des choses dans la chambre comme le tapis de bain et la cafetière ne fonctionnait pas. De plus le premier jour il manquait des items sur le buffet du petit déjeuner comme des cuillères. Heureusement le personne a été réactif à chaque fois et nous a apporté les items manquants.
