The pool was big

It wasn’t clean. It smells everywhere. The carpets need a cleaning. The electrical plugs are falling out of the walls. It was honestly gross.

The beds were very comfortable and our room was clean. The staff were very nice. We didn't have any issues with noise either.

The bathroom door didn't close properly. The breakfast was mediocre. The restaurant was nice and the staff were very friendly. However the prices were way too high for what we got and there wasn't much to choose from. There were so many homeless people hanging out in front of the hotel, we were afraid our truck would get broken into. However the staff assured us they had security patrolling the lot and nothing happened to our truck.

We can leave our luggages even though we have checked out already

I was liking the shower pressure until I look up and notice the ceiling all stained and mouldy

The bed was broken and I lay in it and fell to the floor , and the other bed also had stains and was very loud when you moved in it , needless to say we didn’t get any sleep , the restaurant was slow and our food was cold before we got it , the waitress said she was preparing food for room service , inappropriate music playing .

Loved the pool and the walk out patio door to our room was very convenient

The AC in our room didn’t work and neither did the microwave. The door in the bathroom is awkward especially when trying to shower a toddler

The room was excellent for the price. Kids enjoyed the pool.

It took well over an hour, and multiple calls to the front desk, to have items in our room refreshed.

The area - my husband was approached by men who lifted their shirt indicating a gun on arrival. Pet friendly rooms are absolutely not pet friendly. Staff were not knowledgeable. The floors were dirty.

The sheets were stained and there was mild in the bathroom. There was also hair on the pillows and towels.

Price was great for the facility - breakfast, pool, and spacious room.

No one answered calls to the front desk. Minor dirt in corners of the room.

Excellent customer service. Extremely friendly staff. Family and dog friendly. Money well spent. Highly recommended. We appreciate your service during our stay.

Room was great, hassle free check in. I was ready to leave a 10-star review, but here’s the rest of it. Check in time is 3PM as per their website. We arrived around 5:30 PM. Verifying our reservation was smooth and clear. We were assigned room 319 and proceeded immediately after getting our things in the car. But then, the room wasn’t ready, upon arriving, we were greeted by a cleaning cart in front of the room. The housekeeping attendant was surprised to see us. In shock, she went down to confirm probably with front desk about the problem. We stayed in the hallway for at least 15 minutes looking like losers. Finally, she came back and apologized profusely (appreciated) and went back to cleaning. So we decided to leave our things first and went out to get dinner. We came back after about 2 hours like nothing happened. We never showed anger or frustration to the housekeeping staff as we knew she was not at fault. What pissed me off was that the front desk never bothered to call us or say anything about what happened like everything was just normal. We passed by them multiple times but no-one dared to approach us and say they were sorry. I was even the one to say hi and nod to them. Checkout was again perfect but got no word about the incident. This would have been a 10-star review had somebody approached us and apologized, our daughter enjoyed the pool and even said she wanted to go back here (maybe). But there you go. I commend the housekeeping staff for keeping her composure. Give her a raise please. Sorry for the long review but only way to get out the frustration. But then again, we were never irate and still showed them politeness and respect.
