I liked the bistro in the lobby it was great breakfast and Starbucks coffee which was awesome. The Pool and slide were great and we really enjoyed that part.

I came home with Bed Bug Bites all over my body. I am really hoping they do something about that because I know bed bugs can get very out of control. We stayed a few weeks before this at the same hotel but a different room and I did not have this experience. So I’m guessing the problem is only localized to either the room i just recently stayed in or perhaps a few others. We stayed in room 401.

Vehicle theft devices and suspicious persons I. Parking lot. I had left early and wished for a refund due to a safety concern. I was not given a refund due the the safety concern.

Unsafe and would not recover a refund to feeling unsafe

Close and convenient to local restaurants. Pool was open late and it had a nice slide

The bathroom was not very clean. Paid for 4 adult breakfasts and was told at the bistro that I couldn't pay for 4 adults, I had only gotten 2 adult meals and 2 children meals. The children's French toast breakfast was literally one piece of toast. Didn't receive the fruit that was supposed to come with it, was given one fruit cup instead. Wasn't even given complimentary coffee in the morning.

Was upgraded to a nicer room. Friendly staff

Good location to family and friends. And easy accessible to shops

My room smelled like cigarettes & it is a none smoking room. Also at 3 am there was very loud music & banging on the floor above me.
