First the service sucked, the front desk lady when arrived Aug 12 almost midnight was pretending she didn't see us. Second, the early morning of Aug 14, our cellphone wasn't charged and our alarm didn't went off, thus we were late, and that's when we found out that there's no power since 3am. We were in the fifth floor and there's no light in the stairs . No emergy power or generator. It was a very dangerous situation, and the manager didn't even showed up. We have to carry our big luggages through the dark stairs since nobody is around, and after we mentioned that to the front desk lady, she offered to call someone to do so. My husband spoke with the marketing manager, and promised to refund our stay for compensation. My husband's shoulder was in pain for 4 day after that incident.

Size of room, kitchenette, separate vanity from shower room. You had a list at the desk of local restaurants divided into categories. No too far from the POW Wow we attended. Staff was friendly and so was housekeeping staff. Good variety at the Breakfast.

Bacon was undercooked, could be a little crisp please.

It was clean and enjoyed the pool For the kids.

Was a little far from everything but understand why.

The bed was so comfortable. Room was modern and very clean.

Clean, fresh, modern rooms. Freindly staff who were quick to give a smile. Easy check in and plenty of parking close by.

A little pricey for the area of town.

The hotel was far from full and i was located next to a room with kids who where continously shouting and crying. On plus was there a door in between my and there room , so there was no doubd barrier at all.

The location was right beside thehighway and close to our various destinations. The breakfast was quite good.

Pool was cold due to maintenance.

Consistent with other Hampton Inns we have stayed at.

Remote location. Nothing of interest nearby.

Excellent breakfast every day

We really wanted a king size bed but 30.00 a night extra over a week seemed a bit excessive. We don’t understand why having one bed is so much more expensive than having the two queens

The first morning down for breakfast at 920 they said they were done cooking breakfast.husband said we were told breakfast was until 10. She came out with 6 leftover sausages for him. Kids made waffles which were good. Sundays breakfast was good and lots of it out.

The washroom at the pool was not cleaned or restocked saturday night.it was same condition sunday morning.

Staff friendly, super clean and confortable.
