location on the water was very nice hotel staff were very nice as well

hallways a little musty/old smelling pool was being repaired while we were there however staff/manager there on duty tried to accommodate as best as possible to make sure we were still able to use the facilities while they did repairs

There was nothing to like about this hotel. We were given a room at ground level, which we did not want. The front desk people told us there were no other rooms available with two beds. (I find that hard to believe. Parking lot was not full and we were the only ones in the dining room.). The room had a strange smell and the bedding was clammy, most unpleasant. The air conditioning was very loud and kept us awake most of the night. The electricity went off in the early morning. Hotel was not equipped to handle this. No breakfast was offered (cold juices, yogurt, bread jam cereals all can be served without electricity). The stairs did not have emergency lighting and were dangerous. The phones were dead so no chance to phone..all in all a hazardous situation.

Everything was nice and clean and only the fire alarm woke me up Sunday morning but all and all it was a wonderful trip and stay

All of the propery was clean and ppl were well and clean and even tho the hot tube was closed and they lied I am ok with it.

Checkin took to long

The food at the Riverside Patio was delicious, bit the service was awful.

Staff was rude, A/C didn't work, pool and pool deck were filthy, no KCups or Conditioner in room. The manager watched us cleaning the pool ourselves in the morning and didn't even offer to clean it, I had to ask twice for maintenance. When finally housekeeping came to clean the pool deck, she only mopped the filthy deck with the dead bugs.. no sweeping. She mopped the dirty water right into the pool. The sauna and hot tub were also out if order, with no warning at check in.
