Great room, generous size with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was basic, but plentiful and included in tariff. Close to airport, so great for a pre flight stay.

The Shuttle Service to an from the Airport was excellent and a short distance to and from.

The room had ants crawling all over the floor and furniture
It was not only one ant, it looked like a nest on the carpet
Unfortunately I have found out after unpacking my luggage that quite few of those ants took a trip with us from Canada to UK.
I have informed the staff at the desk as did another customer from a different floor with the same issue

location to airport
the beds are quite high. my mother has mobility issues from hip and knee replacements and we had to move the stool by the bed for her to get into the bed. we could have probably rented a cot, but why, when we’re paying for the room anyway?
