Breakfast was ok. Not too many choices, but sufficient.

Staff was polite and nice

Beds were very comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was a good variety of food.

The property was in a great location. It was clean, affordable, and everything by we needed.

The pillows were very uncomfortable.

the night staff last night and the morning staff today was great.

there was lots of construction directly across the hall. lots of gyprock dust and dirt in the hallway. our first room was not cleaned. got moved to a second room and after we got back to the hotel late at night, realized the bed was dirty, looked like sauce on the wall, napkin behind night stand and used soap paper in bathroom. the fan was quite dirty. no pillow protectors or bedbug protectors on bed. there was 4 mattress covers then sheet. the sleep sofa had some cereal and dust bunnies under it. hoping for a better experience if there is a next time. was not offered a discount or refund on our stay.

The staff were very polite and friendly. My son was excited to use the pool before we checked out, we had a rough week and this made things a bit better.

The room was very dirty. There was an old chicken nugget underneath one of the beds, lots of dust around the air conditioner and in other parts of the room. The refrigerator was dirty.
