It’s pretty good no complaints just price per nigh is high and not breakfast wasn’t included. Some way disappointed.

The room was comfortable. The hot tub was nice and relaxing. The front desk person was helpfull.
Having to pay for water. This is provided free at all the other hotels I've stayed at. The bar was scheduled to stay open till 10 pm, it was closed before 8:30pm. I made sure to be back before it closed. The toilet flushing was very loud it, woke everyone up in the middle of the night. And charging for breakfast is not friendly either. Your the only one that has a breakfast that charges.

Location was perfect, right next to the freeway. I loved the setting amongst all the trees. Very beautiful place.
The linen’s didn’t smell fresh, they didn’t smell bad exactly, it’s hard to explain.
Kids were running around in the hallway for a few, but stopped after about 5 minutes, and quiet the rest of the time. And they sent me a text checking on the room, but after I was already in bed. I had to be up early because I was part of a car cruise and had a lot of driving to do.

Did not like the garage (no one was there, it felt unsafe) so we parked up top on the left side of the hotel.

I booked here because of the amenities offered. Bar, room service, hot tub. It was New Years Eve! I was informed at check-in that none of the amenities were actually available. No discount offered. Clerk said “ yeah, sorry”.

Previously, before covid, the breakfast was swiss table and we were choosing and eating during 30 minutes; now, we were ordering, waiting 10-30 minutes and then starting to eat, which wastes lot times. In addition, even the breakfast was included, we were buying the bread, 4 pieces for 3 dollars.

unfortunately, my room was by the pool, so had a faint smell of chlorine and the fridge didn’t work in my room. overall, though, these were MINOR things - the hotel is great

Nice room, good parking
Thought our room was noisy because we heard a fan blower the whole night. Fire alarm went off for a few moments. No one at front desk answered phone when we called to ask why. Didn’t like the $20 incidental charge they temporarily put on our credit card. Seemed really chintzy

The bed and room were fine and clean.
I would have preferred a buffet for breakfast. I asked to have the room cleaned after day 3, wasn't done before day 4. The shower water couldn't get really warm.
