Everything. Room and property were very clean and in excellent condition. A/C was very cold (it was very hot out). Bed was very comfortable (I overslept..lol). Breakfast was very good and included hot choices: scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating.

The only positive comment I could possibly make is that S.P., at the front desk, was kind and so sweet to my children. The rest of the employees here are a sad excuse for customer service/hospitality staff.

I’m so disappointed that this location blatantly LIES about having a pool, countless times on several different websites that they manage. My children were let down miserably by this business’s failure to represent their amenities truthfully. If you book your stay ahead of time, be aware that half of what you’ve read online about this location is false.

The hotel is in a great location. A lot of places to eat nearby. It was right of the interstate as well.

We killed about 4 live roaches in the room during our stay. The bedsheets we’re old, and had old stains on them. They were clean when we go to the room. On the last night there, there were two policemen talking to someone two rooms down from us. Not good.

the only thing we liked was how accessible to the road it was

the staff, particularly housekeeping was obnoxious and rude. all we did was ask for fresh linens, and they were rude about dirty towels. we have been staying for longer than this particular booking, but due to having to clean up a spill on the floor, we did use a towel, but that shouldn't have been an issue. we clean up after ourselves and make sure that the room stays tidy, but due to having shoes on, the floor does get dirty, so when we had to clean up a spill, of course the towel was dirty.. it wasn't something that ANYONE could have changed. also, daily we would hear the staff outside of rooms talking loudly about having to do their jobs and complaining about it. it's just very unprofessional. we requested two new sets of bed stuff, and they only gave one, and being that housekeeping was gone by the time we realized, we now only have one bed with sheets and blanket.

The stay was better than expected for the price.
