Location was good and quiet

Was in handicapped room and I did not like the shower. Did not need handicapped shower. Water ran all over the floor. Should have asked to be moved to another room.

The shower had hair and blood in it! I messaged and contacted staff and nothing was done

It was disgusting. The bathroom smelled like urine. The bed had a urine stain that smelled under the top sheet and there were women’s hairs all over the bedding. The clientele also made it feel like we were staying in a hooker motel. Will not stay here again, ever.

Ac work fine. Breakfast was pretty good .Breakfast drink could be better.

Room couch could use a cleaning. & floor could be use a cleaning to on mopping hard floors. Hallway need a touch up on vacuum.

Pool for kids to swim in, hot breakfast choices

I thought the sofa bed would be a pullout but wasn’t, kids still fit ok but not what I was expecting.

Great location and price was good.

Called ahead two days to make sure we could check in early and we were told just to call that morning. So we called that morning to ask and was told not a problem we could check in early. We get there early and room will not be ready for about an hour. Then we come back still not ready but they will move us to another room that will be ready in about 10 minutes. Guy at front desk checked us in but we had to be somewhere at a specific time so we were not able to take bags to room. When we get back that night to take our bags to room the keys do not work. So we tell lady at front desk and she activated them. We go back upstairs to enter room. The keys work but door stopper from inside will not allow us to enter. A man comes to door and says what are you doing. So they had booked us in a room already occupied. Lady at front desk was nice and promptly got us another room. When we got in the room it was ok, but hair was in the shower and candy wrappings in drawer. Also, for a double queen room we only had two towels and wash cloths. We found out later the first guy checking us in worked in housekeeping and the lady at the desk that night said she don’t know why he was working front desk.

Breakfast was good. Little children were good and fun to watch!

This hotel was dirty! Our first room smelled like cigarette smoke the minute we opened the door. the front desk clerk was annoyed by our request for another room. Our second room had food under the couch and the cushions were gross. we went back to to front desk, asked for a refund, and found another place to stay. Again, the front desk clerk was annoyed and not apologetic about the room conditions. Do not bother staying here!

I loved how clean it was and how nice everyone was! Will stay again
