It stunk of smoking. The air conditioner quit in the middle of the night. Our room was the handicapped room…no thanks. Give me a regular shower with a door.

Not a luxury hotel, but truly excellent for the price. The buildings need some updating, but the king bed I had was VERY comfortable, the room was large, there was a large mini-fridge, a microwave, dresser, and a nice TV. There were large nightstands on both sides of the bed with 4 newer outlets at each one (even luxury hotels get that wrong). The only issue was that the AC, though excellent at cooling, took some getting used to as the fan automatically came on and off. There was no button to leave the fan alway on. Breakfast was adequate… mostly carbs with some scrambled eggs and sausage that I didn’t try. Good coffee and juice. For an inexpensive place to sleep and relax with a great location, NOT a resort vacation, it was great!

Buildings need more updating. AC didn’t have a “fan always on” setting. Shower was great but the bathtub stopper didn’t work.

Service was fast even though the system was under maintenance, friendly staff at front desk and in the morning. Plenary of options for breakfast and only $15 for the pup to stay! Best of all it was quiet, even with traffic on the road AND the curtains closed completely to leave out the light!! Recommend highly!

Room was very tidy and decent space. Complimentary coffee/creamer were topped up which was appreciated even though we did not ask for daily room service. Good glazing so had no problem with traffic noise despite the proximity to the interstate. Wider choice at breakfast than at some motels - at least there was some fresh fruit and yoghurt. Enjoyed the pool area which was very quiet when we used it in the late afternoon / early evening.

there were homeless people camping within 400 feet on the side on Lucky Lane the same street as the hotel, there were little black ants in the bathroom every morning!! I killed a large black ant on the wall by the bed the last night there!! we won’t be staying there again!! The corners in the walk in shower were filthy!! behind the toilet was filthy!!

Great price for a hotel within a driving distance from the Grand Canyon National Park, comfortable stay, quiet room, friendly staff. My friends and I had a room with two queen beds, and it worked well for us.

Lobby and the room needed some work, shower head needs to be cleaned more often, breakfast not particularly delicious but fine. Also, I didn't realize it was a motel when I booked.

Not a good value for the money....gives you a bad feeling...trying to up-date, but it needs a lot of work,,,,we were on the road for the past 8 days and this by far our worst experience.......the breakfast was poor

The bed was pleasingly comfortable and I’m a big guy. Also the breakfast was good.

The guests above our room made a lot of noise for awhile.

Only thing I “liked” was how close to the interstate it was.

Found all kinds of hair in the sheets, covers, sink, toilet, bathtub, etc. Not a fan…
