Check in quick easy and staff very pleasant. Room clean and tidy well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Only down side was parking lots of work trucks making parking near room hit and miss.

I would call this a motel rather than a hotel. Location noisy but the building was well insulated. Cleaning the room could have been better cleaned. Bathroom needed more detailed cleaning. In time of Covid the room and bathroom needed to be disinfected.

The staff was amazing, pleasant, curious, and kind. We very much appreciated the map and impeccable directions. It's definitely worth it. 👌

The shower curtain could have used a bit more length. I'm not sure why, but the floor was flooded before I was finished.

Great motel for a really good price. The rooms are clean big and modern. Also the little village is beautiful. Checking in and checking out was very comfortable.

Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We liked the upgrades they have done (have stayed in the past and were a little dated), and the excellent view south from the second level. You do hear the trains come through but it wasn't bad as they don't run all night (and you will have this at most Flag hotels). Plenty space to walk a dog around. Fridge and microwave were clean. Would stay again.

The king size bed room was a little small in terms of walking and bag space. We had a pack n play with us for our toddler and it just barely fit. The shower head is a rain style so it was a little different and not exactly centered, and the shower didn't have a grab bar for falls (no tub, FYI, but good if you have accessibility needs). Overall, a little expensive for the level of hotel but would stay here again (We paid $170 total for 1 king size room, 1 night, with a pet (nightly rate of $126, $27 pet fee, $18 taxes).

Little tight but you have everything in room so.... Coffee maker, fridge.

It was dirty and since we stayed 3 days, our garbage piled up and there was no one to dispose of it beside putting it in a bigger bag

The area was very sketchy. We were extremely worried our truck and jeep would get broken into. We left and didn’t stay.

The bed had fleas! The carpet had fleas! We left and did not stay!

I felt to be in a safe environment. Great parking in front of my room! The front desk staff was very helpful and informative. The shower was big and great hot water!

The coffee machine didn't work!:/ The refrigerator didn't work either! I don't think the room was vacuumed because the floor had debris throughout the room. There was 1 very dirty pillow, which makes you wonder if the other linens have been cleaned or changed?? Then my sleep was compromised by the thoughts behind that! Ugh, the towels seemed to be clean until I completely opened it up, and it had dirty stains all over them. Mixed reviews - happy and disappointed.

Beds were super comfy.

Showing its age. Area felt a bit sketchy and traffic and train traffic was heavy. The room smelled sickeningly strong of cleaner and the carpet had not been vacuumed. The bathroom had a tiny vanity and no hooks or shelves-yet it was oddly large. Overall, a bit weird.

Location and we were up on the upper level. Clean room.
