Restaurant im Hotel war sehr ansprechend

Zimmer zum Innenhof. Keine Aussicht . Klimaanlage von draußen sehr laut hörbar. Fenster undicht, dadurch kalt. Es gab zwar eine Heizung aber die war dann noch lauter als die Klimaanlage

Great location and perfect size room for couples.

The only issue I had is that we had to place more towels on the window frame due to the fact that air was coming in.

Lärm - Lüftungsanlagen auf der Süd- und Westseite sowie im Innenhof. Ab 06:30 Uhr hat es im Zimmer eine Lautstärke, als würde ein Haartrockner laufen. Unbedingt ein ost- oder nordseitiges Zimmer buchen und möglichst hoch oben!

The hotel is located in a beautiful heritage building in the heart of San Diego. Also the bistrot next door is lovely and cozy. The room was cozy as well although very small.

The room was very small and could have been cleaner. Value for money is not great.

Location was great. Hotel was clean and just as pictured. Loved the old elevator and decor. Rooms have all your essentials.

Horrible horrible A/C!! Stayed on the 9th floor and geesh that thing NEVER got to 64 degrees. No fan blowing or air, zero ventilation unless you leave your bathroom window open and door which makes the sound worse. Definitely not a quiet place, do not expect anything close to quiet. You hear everything and everyone.

Reception staff are all very nice but Cieran impressed me when the day after he checked me in he greeted me with my name!! Everything was as expected no surprises. The complimentary water and sweets are small special things that you will always remember. Well done!!

left something behind and called the hotel many times to ask about it but they didn't call back as they said they should and let me know whether they had checked the room.

Location, rooms, decor and cleanliness. The staff were great.

Great decor but the doors (in elevator & bathroom) were too uncomfortable to open.

The boutique-style hotel offers exquisite decor, exceptionally friendly staff, and remarkably comfortable beds. A truly delightful experience overall.

One downside is occasional street noise, particularly noticeable on weekends.

Everything except the noise!

It was very noisy! There’s a club nearby it wasn’t so much the sound but rather the vibrations from the high bass! It was so loud that the entire building was vibrating and noise didn’t stop until 3:11 AM. I couldn’t sleep that night. However, the remaining nights were quiet because it was Christmas and everything was closed.

Tolle Ausstattung und Atmosphäre, sehr schöne Zimmereinrichtung. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und die Lage war super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nettes Restaurant nebenan.

Es gibt nicht wirklich etwas zu bemängeln. Toll wäre im Preis inkludiertes Frühstück.

Great characterful boutiquey hotel with helpful & friendly staff, cute touches throughout hotel and rooms, very central location. Lots of things to do all around.

Although the elevators were historic like the beautiful hotel, the manual doors and sliding gates were a bit of work, especially with suitcases. It’s worth remembering they used to have guy’s operating such elevators and porters with the bags ! The roof bar referred to in reviews was apparently closed. My room had no view, just very close buildings either side. Area gets noisy peak nights but I slept well in comfy bed. Smaller hotel so no pool or even small gym. Would have been worth using A room for a few exercise equipment pieces.

Very good location. Comfortable bed, even though the lift was old it was handy.

החדר נקי ונעים. המיטה הייתה נוחה והמיקום של המלון מעולה. גם הבר של המלון מצוין.

המעליות איטיות ביותר ובעיצוב רטרו ככה שמדובר בדלתות ידניות (מעצבן מאוד עם מזוודות), כל עליה וירידה לחדר הייתה יכולה לקחת בכיף 10 דקות. אין חניה באזור של המלון, כל החניונים יקרים נורא ו-ואלה של המלון עלה 58$.

Lovely boutique hotel with gorgeous rooms. The interior decor in the hotel is stunning!

But the room is quite tight. very little space to put your suitcases for example.

The location

The room was VERY SMALL…I used to stay there when it was Ramada and it seemed like they took the old normal room and split it, leaving about 10” to walk around the bed. Very disappointing
