Nothing really room was clean

No notifications about renovations, no restaurant, no bar Saturday on ice machines just 1 and always empty was told I could get ice after 4 from room service. My sink in the bathroom was clogged the whole first day had to call twice. AC would keep turning off room was very warm, and food was crap from room service no accommodations were made. I was there for my daughters 30th birthday we had 4 families come in also no public parking you have to valet

location was very good it was , so was the parking we used the valet parking we were able to walk to all the restaurants

The part that we did not like was that it was being renovated during our Stay and the construction workers were waking us up at 7 am in the morning and that was a big bummer for us especially because it was our wedding anniversary and we haven't been on a vacation in awhile that was a major downside

Under construction so for the price… honestly really disappointed. My room was an older one and the bathtub had stains on it. Water in the elevator, limited room service so super inconvenient

was under construction and they shut water off between 10am and 2pm everyday. lobby was a make shift table…..

location is ideal for the gas lamp district

My ac was broken upon arrival and took 2 hours to fix. then at 5 am there was an electrical fire in the room caused by the ac system. I left the room and the staff were unaccommodating and rude. In total, I lost 9 hours of use time and lost 6 hours of sleep during my one night stay. No offer was made to reimburse me for the rental fee. I’m livid over this and will escalate the issue with Hilton corporate when I return home.

The breakfast was very nice.

For the exorbitant price, I was expecting this to be much nicer. It was an average hotel. Clean and comfortable but nothing special. I did not like being forced to pay a “urban center fee” that was simply a $25 fee for snacks and drinks that I wouldn’t have purchased.

When we arrived we were told we DID NOT HAVE A RESERVATION!!!! They said a third party like you never makes the reservations! I will never ever use you again.

Great location! Easy walk to places to eat, bars, and other entertainment venues.

The actual room was not very clean. Bathroom had dirt and mildew everywhere and it made me question how clean everything else was.

Location was excellent. Daily room clean, sheets, towels.

A weekly list of things to do, see, concerts, baseball games, etc in the area. Concierge wasn't always available to answer question, make suggestion, reservations. The receptionists were efficient at checking us in, but neglected to explain charges that might appear on our card, so there was a surprise when checking out.
