The morning people were very nice, polite and very helpful. Very good staff and courteous. Aplausos para el equipo de la mañana son muy Buenos, rapidos y serviciales. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
When we checked in. Everyone in our group had to have their I.D checked (that was a lil challenging at 1am). I understand that each location has its own particular policies but a heads-up would be nice. I little hick up. Overall would definitely stay here again

The beds were horrible.
Doesn’t have coffee machine, frigobar or microondas in the room.

I didn't like anything.
Was planning to stay about 6 hours before my early departing flight so i just booked this room since it was the first I'd seen after driving all day. Problems at check in using my CC. I was placed in room 114. I was in there for less than three hours before finding bed bugs and seeing a roach run across the floor. I have never seen a bed bug so I was a little ignorant to what it was. I'm not sure if the staff is used to this kind of thing but no surprise reaction or apology was given by the night attendant. I think his name is Antonio,I can't remember. The check in was trash, trash room and just a trashy experience that I've never had in my entire adult life at a motel, hotel, or resort. The staff was incompetent and offered no apologies or solutions. If you stay here, beware!

Bus station was not far from the hotel like right out front. Staff was really frendily was kind to directed us to food that didn't invole crossing the street. The room was nice and clean. Wifi worked great.
No sidewalks to get anywhere. The bus stop getting dropped here was terrible. Had to cross a busy street to get the hotel. No crosswalks to get safely across. People just speed though had to run which is a bit a hard with a 40lb suitcase.

This is a great place for a quick layover or if you have to stay a couple of weeks they could go down on the prices for their vending machines that's all other than that staff and everybody is great

I know the free parking and how easy it was to get to the airport! One issue I had was the poor internet connection.

Just stayed there a night before catching a flight and it was perfect for that. Massive and very comfortable bed!

Nothing.
I payed for the room with Internet so i can do my work and i don't get internet and no refund. This is horrible. Never gonna stay in hotel 6any more. Front desk told me she is using her own internet cuz they basically don't have it. Can't connect on laptop and on phone can't Google or load anything.

Cean, large rooms and Antonio who works at night is great.
the cleaning staff are loud in the hallway and will start knocking on your door by 10 am or 10:30 even though checkout is at 11 am.
