Very cold floors, but it was -26C at night though

The room was very clean and very well kept. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the 1-night stay. Would like to suggest if possible to have a kettle or a flask of hotwater available in the room to make coffee/tea. Will definitely return there on my next trip to Cape de Madeline. The host/owners were very kind and helpful. Merci Beaucoup!!

The owner, despite speaking no English and us speaking no French, were able to bumble through check-in and get us into our room. And very friendly and polite despite the language barrier. The room was nicely laid out with a table and chairs and a comfortable couch with a tv. And when we ordered door dash and it arrived with no cutlery, the motel owners loaned us silverware so we could eat our meals.

There were a couple of things about the room that made it feel a little dated. Also, the bathroom door wouldn't open all the way without getting stuck on the floor.

The host was very friendly. Room was very spacious and clean. The wifi was good.

Would have love a coffee maker in the room.

The area was clean and very beautiful.

On arrival the reception spoke little to no English, we spoke little french. To switch on or off the light you had to switch the light switch on and plug in the lights you needed if you switched off the lights with the switch the clock went off also, so to switch them off you unplugged them under the bedside table. There were no instructions about the TV or advice about the area. To gain access to the bathroom you needed to push the door hard as it scraped along the floor. General the property needs a up grade not sure if polystyrene tiles on the ceiling are fire retardant? Could also be better soundproofed.

A clean spacious room in an above-average motel. Good Wi-Fi.

Our room smelled of urine. We could not establish its source. It is possible the smell came from the central A/C which we could not switch off.
