We went for dinner to the bar and the food was fantastic!

Location was good.

There was no safe in the room and nothing to put your suitcase on. One night the bathroom door locked and we could not enter the bathroom anymore. Had to go to the reception to ask if they could open the bathroom door for me. At 4.50 am the room would smell like bacon and toast. At the reception they said that the smell comes from outside from the restaurants in the vicinity.

they had fragrance free and barrier free rooms

that the lint was under construction so the person I was traveling with who had a disability had to go to another floor for the washroom and has to be squished against a wood wall while waiting to check in as three staff were at the front desk and only one person was checking folks in. things that make you go hmmm also at check out had an additional charge for breakfast that we had paid for and breakfast staff said we can have anything we wanted so mixed messaging. Staff should be trained on third party limits and should tell us when we check knob and at breakfast

Breakfast was fine. Short staffed.

Heating and air conditioning very loud and disruptive in the hotel room.
