Room was amazing! So much room and full kitchen and huge deck with dining table and chairs and view of the mountains. Staff was super nice. Got screwed over by another hotel chain (Best Western), and luckily the Sutton had one room left. Darcy at the front desk was great. Pool was nice too.
There was a bit of confusion when we checked in, and they said our room wasn't ready and it was like 8 at night , so we waited for about 30 minutes then they realized there was a room it was just wrong in their system. There was also a power outage in the morning was supposed to be from 6 to 7 but power didn't come on until 9:30, but wasn't in their control was construction across the road. If was a bit pricey for sure but we would still stay here again.

Very isolated during the summer. Pool had a lot of children "overtaking" the facility.

The proper bedding was not given to make up the extra bed. We had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper

we got upgraded from standard 3BR to the superior 3BR and it was excellent! The size, space and location of the apartment was great, the staff were all very helpful, ski area access from building 2 is awesome. The bathrooms and kitchen were big, kitchen had plenty of crockery and cutlery, plus cooking utensils etc.

I visited the hotel for my birthday getaway and was so surprised to find a card and wine when I arrived in the room a long with already having an upgrade!! The front desk staff that greeted us at check in was incredible, I think Katie was her name? Thank you for being so sweet!! I will absolutely be recommending this property to friends and family and be making this a yearly birthday getaway!
