On arrival check-in was quick and the staff were very helpful. Our room was large, well decorated and comfortable. Breakfast had a great range of choice and was tasty.

Breakfast was awesome and good service. Hotel reception was friendly. Hot tub was good and rooms were nice. Great location. Always appreciate a friendly welcome to our dog too. Nothing wrong with the hotel itself.

Service in the pub was subpar and attitude from the server when I didn't tip.

Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff in a hundred plus year old hotel right in the centre of this lovely town. Sensitively modernised with good facilities including a restaurant and pub. Ample car parking.

Our room was at the back of the property and there was train noise from the very long freight trains passing through Revelstoke.

Good city centre location and easy to find. Car park adjoins the hotel. Generous breakfast. Good feel and friendly staff. We were there during the luna festival which was fun but the room was not noisy despite the partying. The hotel is nice and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable with a good bed. The location is excellent. We ate at the sushi restaurant opposite which was very good.

Fantastic value for money. From check in to departure we received excellent service. Donna on reception was a credit to the hotel . Our room was spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was fabulous, with a good selection. The cooked options were served freshly from the kitchen, it was the best breakfast we have had so far on our trip. The waitress was very attentive and did a marvellous job of looking after all the diners. The home made hash Brown's were delicious. Great location too!

Nothing to dislike.

It was charming and in the centre of the best possible action. Our great good luck was arriving on the afternoon and evening of the LUNA arts festival 2022. An impressive and fun event. Our hotel was quiet even with all the ongoing action.. Breakfast was especially delicious, with an amazing and innovative potato dish to go with eggs. We loved Revelstoke so much and felt immediately at home.

The room was lovely and big and very clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the property is in a great location. The bed was super comfy as well. Having oat milk provided at breakfast was a great bonus for me as a vegan.

The only thing was the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in your room although it is provided free from the bar.
