I asked to switch to a different room as mine did not have the rain shower feature I was looking forward to- the staff was super helpful and switched me to another room immediately!

I could very clearly hear the person in the room next to me talking loudly on the phone through the locked door that connects the two rooms. I could also very clearly hear people in the hallway- more soundproofing in the doors would be a really great idea.

Horrible location , no noise control Two nights events going on till passed midnight which we were not aware of nor did the hotel mention when we checked in. Would have been fine if we were traveling with kids The homeless community surrounding the hotel left me with an uneasy feeling for the safety of my child if we wanted to go for a walk to find something to eat as the restaurant in the hotel is under Reno’s When it came time for check out there was no debit machine that could refund my 300$ deposit back onto my debit card . It did get resolved about 40 minutes and me walking away with cash instead but it wasn’t overly convenient.

They just shut lights out on us while we were sitting in the hot tub so was stuck walking back to room to get changed

I looked like the hotel from Lost in Translation. Very comfy beds. Staff were accommodating and friendly.

Parking garage smelled like urine.

Adjacent secure parkade next to hotel. Secure elevators, must use room key cards to activate elevator.. Staff are polite and helpful, easy check in, and check out.

The jacuzzi tub in the room it's has very little power in the jets. We personally found the bed too soft, but that's more of a personal preference. The bedside lamp, the area where the bulb screws in, was broken and loose.
