The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The slide and pool area were really fun. Breakfast was great.
The chemicals in the hot tub ruined a ring, my daughter’s swim suit, and my husband’s shirt and swim bottoms. They are working to resolve this.

Breakfast was good, but expensive. The hotel gym was one of the best I have ever seen!
We declined housekeeping the first day, but removed the “do not disturb sign” on the second day, hoping to get the room cleaned. No such luck!

Hotel room was nice. Water slide was fun for kids. Beds were comfy and the room was pretty dark and quiet.
Service at the breakfast buffet. There are a couple of really good servers and a couple really bad. Minimal attention paid to empty coffee cups and not receiving waters/cutlery a daily issue. Screaming baby next door at 7am our first couple days but not really the hotels fault. Pool area is a bit small.

Great staff . EBAD was really helpful at the front desk . Pool , sauna were a bonus. Nice spacious room with comfy bed. great sleep . Breakfast was very good and staff very helpful.
there was a mouse in the dining area. a seniour staff " M" male staff ) at front desk was rude to his colleagues. not impressed with his approach. Too far from city core for me ...... but could work very well for others.

The swimming and gym were great.
The shampoo and conditioner in the room wasn’t restocked and I had a used body lotion on my shelf in the bathroom. Room cleaning could be more thorough

The rate we were given was different we didn’t check out as the front desk stated that she was doing audit in the morning and we left the hotel at 4am Halifax time they we get a invoice $2800 was suppose to be 2400 and 200 for incidentals

The beds, the closet door didn't stay closed. Walls were very thin and could hear everything. The price was too high for the quality of stay

Fun water slide for kids, no real swim area , fun splash pad for little ones, small but nice hot tub.
Only 2 sets of towels for family of 4. Only 1 coffee for a 4 person room. Felt like the hotel was trying to be cheap. Room air was very dry.

Room was comfy, front desk staff were pleasant. One waitress was amazing (short spikey hair) on 02/19/2023 for supper.
Room wasn't ready until 6pm,with two small children. No pool towels. Cold kids. Also poor restaurant service 02/20/2023 lunch. Group of 8 and meals came out 2 at a time with 5-10 minutes in between. We didn't eat together.
