Most hotels include breakfast. So a little shocked we had to purchase. The choices were limited.

Close to the airport

1. Hair dryer was broken and didn’t work. 2, HVAC was very laud and would go on every hour. Great fun at 2am, 3am etc. 3. Confusing set up for food. No directions. Do you sit down at a table and wait for someone to take your order or do you order at the counter and take a number then sit down. 4. The credit card machine must be from the antique collection. Staff had to apologize to each customer. 5. Staff have difficulty manoeuvring the cleaning cart out of the elevator on the 4th floor because of the floor design and felt they had to apologize - they didn’t need to apologize to customers, management should apologize to their staff. 6. Fitness area. To many machines in a cubicle.

Room was not getting cleaned even after repeated reminder

Food service was very good. Staff was friendly a very helpful. Location was perfect for our needs. Room was very comfortable and clean.

Clean and room was beautiful - bed was super comfortable

Pool could be bigger and no wheelchair parking! That was shocking. My partner has MS and I have spinal stenosis.

Very clean comfortable room

Nothing really. Perhaps at check in it would have been appreciated to be asked if we wanted to use the credit card on file or another one. We wanted to pay be another credit card and it was so late when we checked in that we forgot to ask and that card was charged.

Very nice, clean rooms.

Breakfast sandwich top bun was hard. Ate everything except top bun.
