I selected this hotel based of the ratings. Staff was nice but we were given the wrong room so we were moved. The room we given had several issues. TV didn't not work and was offered another room but after being moved once we didn't want to move again especially since we haf an early flight. One of the doors that was connected to the another room would not lock but was told not to worry. Last thing was the heater didn't not work. The air was cold. We were not able to turn it off so we didn't sleep well. I will say it was clean and only 10 minutes away from the airport which was great but I will not be back.

the hotel staff confronted usqbout mascara on a towel! the door lock doesn't work and the room wasn't clean. there was dried blood on the bed sheets!

The room was nice !

I arrived 40 minutes prior to 3 pm check in. I had requested a 2pm check in. I was told the room was not available and kicked off the property. I was told that I could not stay and wait on the property until the 3 pm check in. Very Rude

Dark. No lights over coffee area. Dark hallways. No regular shuttle. Hotel had taxi which had to be prebooked. Taxi had bullet holes in it.

All staff were courteous and helpful with directions for places I needed to get to. The shuttle service to and from the airport and train station was a plus

I gave no complaints about my visit

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and very nicely appointed. The excercise equipment in the fitness room, although limited was in excellent working condition. The shuttle to the airport was easy to arrange. The coffee was replenished daily, a feature that often is not true in many hotels.

I would have enjoyed better restaurant choices in the area around the hotel.

The decor of the entire hotel was very cool.

We were disappointed that the cafe was not open. This would have made things a little more convenient. And we were sad that the pool wasn't open.

They continue to 'require' masks even though there is no actual requirement. This is such a nuisance when unless you riding a bus they are not required because they don't 'prevent the spread'. An otherwise happy property.
