The beds were comfortable and the location was convenient.

The toilet overflowed the first time we used it so we had to change rooms. The bistro wasn't open during one of the evenings of our stay.

It was close to my destination. Check in and out was easy and quick. Staff was very friendly!

The bathroom was only stocked with 3 sets of towels, but we had 4 guests. It was also out of toilet paper, shower gel, and shampoo, and had no extra hand soap.

The price was higher than I was expecting to have to pay for a quick over night stay on the south side of Jax, but competitive with other rates in that area.

Convenient location.

I booked this room for my grandfather. He stated that the pillows had an odd smell and this location was not as clean as other Marriotts.

Great hotel with excellent staff. Bed was comfortable and had wonderful, big, firm pillows. The walk-in shower was a nice surprise. We did not eat at the hotel so I can't comment on the food. Only criticism, the hotel is hard to enter when you are coming up to I 95. You have to go to the next shopping center and make a u-turn to get to the entrance. Somewhat tricky at night. But now that we know the secret, we won't have any problems in the future. Would highly recommend.

Booking.com/reservation stays sucks. When I pulled up the hotel information there an 800 number popped up and I thought I was calling Marriott reservations but it was actually booking through a third-party. Several mistakes were made on my reservation. First they put in the wrong date and told me they fixed it but I was later charged as a no-show. It took several phone calls to get that squared away. I asked for three rooms with king-size beds and got three rooms with queen beds. Then when I checked out I was overcharged from the amount I was quoted during my call with Booking.com. I will never use Booking.com again and that their customer service was horrible. My room could’ve been cleaner. There was a soap wrapper in the shower when I arrived and despite having the room cleaned each day it remains throw out my stay. He showed me that little attention was paid to cleaning the shower if at all. I also hate the popcorn ceilings

We are at my family’s home. Thanks to Rose we were well accommodated. My mother had her handicapped room fresh and clean ! We love staying here ! 🤗
