Burger Bar - very good food and friendly service
No closet to hang up coats, jackets. No comfortable chairs to relax in.
Ironing board was in full view next to fireplace - not attractive. It should have been hidden in the non-existent closet.

The pool and hottub, large room and amenities. Great gym for a hotel. Beautiful spaces, decor, and nice staff.
Very limited lighting. The room was dark with only a few installed lights and a lamp.
Most signage and rules posted (pool/hottub) are only in French, which makes it difficult for English-speaking guests to understand.

The rooms very very spacious and well appointed. The restaurant provided an outstanding dinner meal with excellent food and impeccable service.

We paid $250 a night for a signature suite for our anniversary. May as well have stayed in a motel. Both restaurants were closed for the entirety of our trip. The pool was closed for half of the trip. The service was also very poor for such an expensive hotel.

Gorgeous hotel, all renovated, great layouts. Hot tub & pool outside, very nice staff. Feels like real high level hotel.
The mattress was soft to my liking, but this is subjective. TVs channels are limited, no access to connect your own device.

No one told us that there was an indoor parking would have liked to have parked inside instead of being outside .

it is a georgeous place, well located to access the mountains for nice hikes. The room was spacious and comfortable, the restaurant is amazing with professional wine staff!

Staff were freindly and helpful. The place was clean. The room, the pool, the Gym and the game room were fine.
No restaurants during the stay (weekend). We forced to order a delivery for dinner and breakfast. Or you should leave the resort searching for food.

We’ve stayed here 7 times and it’s clear that it needs some attention to detail now.
The suite wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Clearly cut back on accessories. Common areas weren’t cleaned at all during our stay.

Courteous service at the front desk. The room was et clean and comfortable. We had a nice view. It was very quiet. My son was impressed with the fitness centre. Lots of convenient parking.

The property is very nice. From the pool area, to the rooms, to the restaurants.
Some hotels talk about higher end room amenities, this one has them. Nespresso machine, excellent hand made local soaps (which we sourced and went out to buy) and a high quality wireless charging bedside clock with Bluetooth capabilities to play you own music from your cell. & the pillows; I worked in the hotels for 12 years and I never found great hotel pillows.....This hotel knows they are good, they sell them & I bought some.
I would certainly stay here once again when I am in the area!
