everything! from the ceiling following down, the lack of hot water, the harassment when trying to get breakfast and the tv’s from 2003.

The brake fast was same thing every day, take too long to get it ready room was too small smell really bad

The staff was super friendly, and there was a slightly above average continental breakfast.

The building is very old and run down. Leaking water from the roof. Water hammer (loud noises from the water pipes) when the neighbours would turn on their water. Solicitors (possibly homeless) in the lobby during the daytime made my wife feel uncomfortable walking to the car without me, to be honest i felt uncomfortable walking through there. Parking lot ruckus going on at night. Located beside the Top Hat (lethbridge's exotic dance club). Loud street noise at night. Defintely overpaid for what we got. Would not recommend bringing children here. For a few extra bucks there would be better locations and better quality

Everything was awful! I was so close to sleeping in my vehicle it was do disgusting. Cigarette burn marks everywhere! Smell was horrible 😫

Room and AC was good for our stay. Breakfast provided was good and ideal for our needs. Service manager was very friendly and helpful in promoting food and beverages services on-site that we elected to use.

Mattress was very soft and noisy, and we mentioned to front desk manager who was going to look into this at our exit, as we only stayed one night.

Didnt like the oldness of the furniture..even though it doesnt affect your sleep many things were cracked or broken. Couldnt get fridge to get cold nor open it without lifting it up....wish for a bigger selection for breakfast and wish we didnt have to wait while they cooked more.

The hot breakfast was pretty good with the choice of scramble eggs, tator tots, breakfast sausage, self making pancakes and toast or bagels. They also had a variety of yogurt, muffins, cereal, juice, milk, tea or coffee. They had condiments of jam, honey, cream cheese, butter and syrup. They kept supplies up so enough food for everyone that came in even when you came in later near closing. We also liked our room facing away from the main road and away from the elevator so it was quiet. This room got the morning sun so didn't get the hot afternoon sun. We were on the second floor which is where the ice machine is located by the elevator.

Our fridge freezer door was frozen shut so we couldn't use. Informed them when we left.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the full breakfast option

The end table and dresser had seen better days. The TV was relatively small
