the room is a nice size. very clean. like the extra pillows

The elevator was broken. We were on the 4th floor. But we were notified in advance of the issue.

We froze the room would not heat up complaining to staff who didn’t really take it serious. Asked for warmer blanket she just brought a sheet like thing . We followed her instructions on heater and I swear it felt like the air conditioning was on . I slept in my down vest long sleeve shirt and socks all night.Had to crawl into bed at eight to cover up-and warm up ! Room never got more than 18 degrees!! Even with space heater given to us by desk. Complained the next morning after not having a shower because of the room temp and she just said we should have been moved hotel was long way from being full. Very disappointed

It is old. No pool. Pretty basic breakfast. But the worst part was our neighbours were loud. You can hear everything.

Had to go up stairs or ramp to get to elevator.
