Absolutamente todo habitación limpia, cama y almohadas cómodas, asean diario, está bien ubicado, el desayuno estaba sencillo pero cubre expectativas, tiene estacionamiento pero no tenía vehículo, así que había transporte público muy cerca a lugares de interés y puedes ir caminando al paseo de la fama

My room is nice and clean. But the room is on the 1st floor, close to the drive way to the garage. One night, some guests had loud conversations at late night, waking me up. The hotel location is excellent! It is closed to everything.

Bad and very poor breakfast, dirty towels with holes and stains, non working pool, not enough bathroom amenities

The hotel overall was great, all you need and very much affordable. Excellent location in West Hollywood, close to Walk of Fame, Boulevard, Bowl and many other famous locations. Free and easy-to-get-to parking is definitely a big bonus; even on the weekend and late night we always had a spot.

Even on the upper floor towards the back, you can hear the street noise during the night. Was not really an issue for us because we were tired anyway and did sleep well.

Excellent value for money, especially as breakfast is included and the (family) room was big. Location close to a grocery store and Hollywood Boulevard, decent facilities, clean, friendly staff.

Can’t complain about anything. I have noticed some people complain about homeless people in the surround area… however you find this in every city around the world. They did not bother us and they were not aggressive.

Clean, great location for walking to Hollywood Blvd, quite, decent water pressure, tv channels were decent for late night tv. Didn’t really interact with the staff to much but when I did they were very helpful.

The breakfast could have been a little better. The eggs were not very good, the bacon was very soggy and not crispy at all, the sausage made my boyfriend sick, the waffles had a funny taste. The fruit was very good and the bagels were good. The orange juice was delicious but the coffee was terrible, not enough creamer could help it.

Good location. Close to Universal Studios, Hollywood Blvd and Warner Bros Studios. The room was spacious and clean.

The surrounding area is sketchy. Walking distance to Hollywood Blvd, but you're basically walking over homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk on the way. Didn't really feel safe with kids. Parking is free but really tight and small spaces.

Clean room, would have liked a reading light by the bed some people still read paperbacks. They had a nice little pool. The front of house staff were very friendly, we felt very welcome. The breakfast was nice a varied, although the could do with a little more seating. you do hear street noises, but it didn’t bother us. The location was quite good, with a big supermarket across the road and a laundrette close buy. Parking at the back , and bus stop near by.

Nothing we can complain about. A night light by the bed would be nice and as said above some more seating for breakfast.

I love the layout, the beds are comfortable and there is not much noise from the busy road, have stayed 2 times.

this time the pool was closed which was a major bummer. we had what looked like a roach in our first room, large water bug is what we were told by staff, they moved us with no issues and the upstairs room was perfect. might stay away from downstairs rooms.

Nice housekeeping, free parking.

The parking lot is narrow. The rooms are right beside the road, the noise from the road is sometimes really loud in the evening.

Pool was under renovation. Kids were looking forward to swimming. A heads up would have been nice- we would have planned something else for the kids to do.
