Check in was easy
The pool was closed for maintenance (staff said it would be closed for 2 weeks) and it was one of the reasons I selected this hotel. The breakfast was not available when I came at 9:30 ( it was sceduled to close at 10am). They apologized and said the night staff didn't prepare enough. These are two very imporatnt amenities considered in the selection of this hotel so it was an unacceptable disappointment.
The beds were uncomfortable and the carpets were icky.

Previous visits were great. This time there were many downfalls. We have never requested to be moved to another room during our travels. The room smelled musty like it hadn't been used in months. All surfaces had heavy dust and dried brown liquid on some areas. The carpets in the hallway needed vacuuming badly. The elevator walls looked like a large area of white liquid dripped and dried. The only plus was the desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. I don't enjoy giving a bad review. Cambria was always clean and comfortable. New management?

Very spacious rooms, staff is always polite and helpful love that check out is at 12 instead of 11 like most places, our stay here is always comfortable.
I stay here a lot and the pool has never been open it always says “closed for maintenance” for over a year now so it would be nice to enjoy the pool.

Couldn’t tell you as we did not get to enjoy it. A flight delay caused us to miss our connecting flight to RDU where our hotel and rental car was booked. There were no more flights out until 7 or 8 am the next day, so we did not make it to RDU that night to enjoy the hotel. Furthermore, the hotel refused to refund the money. Is there something booking.com can do as it was no fault on our fault that we missed the flight and were not able to check in to the hotel? Please call me at 910 494-7083. The airline stated it was due to weather, but we did not see or hear about bad weather on either end during that time.

Close to the airport, friendly staff.
Our room was visibly dirty, and hadn’t been vacuumed or dusted in a long time it seemed. When we complained, we were given a vacuum to do the job ourselves. I guess they had no staff on site at the time that could be able to do it for us.

The afternoon and night front desk attendants were AWESOME!
I have stayed here multiple times. This has always been my go to hotel do to the location. This stay was the absolute worst stay I’ve experienced at any hotel. I left for San Juan Thursday May 25th and used this hotel to park my car until I returned. Upon returning on May 28th I booked a night here to continue celebrating my birthday. When I returned my car had been broken into. The hotel couldn’t do anything about it. They have no cameras in the parking lot and the front desk attendant had no care in the world. Couldn’t cancel my stay because I booked through 3rd party. When I checked into my room nothing really worked so they upgraded my room and put me in a suite which was nice and spacious but the bathroom faucet was barely attached and needed some improvements!

super clean and comfortable, beautiful spacious rooms, nice little pool and hot tub, and a great little outdoor area. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast choices weren’t great and I didn’t like that everything was disposable plastic and styrofoam. It would be great to have healthier and less wasteful options for breakfast.

Very clean room... quite a descent space for what's in it. And it's rediculous easy access to and from the airport without the noise. When I arrived I was exausted and frankly I could've slept on a couch. But their beds are much much nicer than a couch.
My flight to Durham was delayed by several hours due to weather affecting other flights. I had used the booking.com message service to let the hotel know I was going to be delayed from the expected arrival.
However, on top of that, the message service between booking.com and the Cambria don't talk to each other - so the Cambria didn't know I was going to be late.
The delay meant that the threshold for my room check-in limit was reached so my booking was to be cancelled. This disclaimer could have been more prominent.
The hotel front desk was annoyed - which is fair enough, it was 3am - but still very gracious. They saw the problem and addressed it.

Breakfast sucked they had nothing at all on the bar
I made a reservation had to change the reservation and had confirmation via email that I should have two queen beds. Once I got to the hotel I was informed the manger told the front desk since I changed my check in date, He was giving me a king size bed and I had nothing other option. I think that was not right at all cause the other person had to sleep on the couch.

We loved the location, as we were in town for the Dreamville Festival. It was more than convenient not having to stay directly in Raleigh but not being far away from Raleigh in the same sense. The shower was exceptional and spacious.
We were a little underwhelmed with the breakfast options that weren’t quite appealing to us versus what we expected by looking through the properties pictures while we were booking. And our room was extremely hot with what was a noticeable issue with the air conditioning unit in our room.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. They even helped with our bags. The room was spacious & clean. Bed and pillows were soft and comfortable.
The pool & restaurant was closed which it didn't say on the website. Other than that I was very pleased with the room I have to admit I was scared reading the reviews (after we booked) smh but we had a great experience I would definitely go back. It was safe spacious & most importantly clean.

The location makes this spot great! I would consider staying again if the other nearby hotels were booked because it was literally a 5 minute drive to the airport. The room was clean and spacious for two people. It wasn't necessarily spotless but it was clean enough. I did notice the drapes were a bit dusty and the bed sheet was torn and worn looking but overall a comfortable stay.
The staff weren't super friendly but they weren't rude so that is okay with me. The main issue I had was the pool was out of order which I was not aware of prior to arrival and the main reason I booked it besides location was the pool. Also the breakfast was lackluster to say the least the area wasn't appealing at ALL.

They charged me twice for the same stay, breakfast is very scarce, eggs are nondesirable and sausage was greasy and rubbery.
