The front desk associates assistance.
1. Heater was not working. Somebody from help desk tried to assist. They tried to assist but not of much effect. Had to sleep in cold. :(

Location to RDU, shuttle service
I think when we tried to check in, we inconvenienced the front desk clerk. She was watching SpongeBob in the worlds smallest lobby. We sat there for 2 hours until a room was ready. The lights in the room kept flickering on & off. The carpet was disgusting. The entire building is overdue to be demolished & rebuilt. I would have taken the shuttle back to the airport but it was $150 & nonrefundable. We just flew in from England & we were beat. Learn from my experience, don't stay here.

The staff was great 👍, from the front desk to housekeeping. We received great customer service.
The hotel and room was wonderful, the only complaint I had was the breakfast. I thought we would have a full breakfast but it was only continental breakfast so we had to go to the Waffle House for breakfast.

Fire alarm kept beeping when I told front desk they didt have anyone to fix. I asked for information they didt or couldt help. They finally disconnected fire alarm. Next day fixed it disturbing my sleep. Breakfast was terrible disappointment. Liked nothing

Towels were dirty, water damage in the bathroom, facility smelled bad, beds were horrible, pillows flat, toiletries were in a dispenser vs individual packaging

This,is clearly an older property my room was very clean looking and smelling.front desk was very helpful for an airport location surprisingly quiet.
My bathroom needs a lot of work from the shower 🚿 head to tub surround and wall.breakfast was basically non existent I went down to checkout at 8am

Very dated property. All of the doors really reflect age and lack of updates.9”d heating/air systems and vents in room was old and loud. Outdated look and furniture in lobby/check-in area.

I like the women that clean the rooms, they are very detailed and good at their jobs. Although the front desk staff changes everyone us very polite and helpful
The parking lot was really run down and had holes in the pavement and therefore the curb appeal and outside appearance was not very pleasant. If I would have been riding around looking for a hotel this one would have not been it

The shuttle driver was extremely courteous, kind, and helpful.
The facilities were somewhat disappointing. The room seemed run-down and in need of renovation (holes in the wall, old carpet, and the like).
