Bathroom was damaged, bathtub and sink. Rusty bathtub also. The door to the room was damaged on the bottom corner also. Carpet was stained, quite a large stain in multiple spots. Elevator was shaky, questionable safety with use. I then resorted to using the stairs which I didn't mind all that much.

The tv was good channels were good. Bed was clean, a few holes in the sheets though.

we had to change rooms three times due to the refrigerator not working and we also came across mice during our stay and did not even offer us a Full refund they were stains on some of the sheets

a roach was located in the bathroom , there were no unavailable rooms to change and no accommodation with some type of refund due to the uncomfortable experience. was unable to speak to a manager told I’d be contacted but still have not. staff working were rude, and micromanaged as guest made and ate breakfast. also there was an odd smell in the room as well couldn’t locate were it was coming from.

very old and smelled bad the couch bathroom and hot tub in the room was disgusting very upset I didn’t even get to use the jacuzzi that was the whole purpose of getting that room I wanted to leave as soon as I got there blankets and sheets were paper thin I was very dissatisfied with my stay !!!

Room and facility were much nicer than expected. We enjoyed the waffle breakfast.

The breakfast consisted of about 6 to 7 items that were basically all hard/stale breads and pastries. No meat or anything fresh. The coffee machine added too much water no matter the setting and the creamers tasted expired.

The "suites" were the tiny, there was no room to walk between the furniture and all the appliances from the shower to the tv were disgustingly tiny. The wifi didn't work and they had cardboard everywhere in the stairwells. No ice machine on the second floor so you have to go all the way to the third just for ice. To top it all off there was no overhead light in the room so it was hard to see in the area between the door and beds. Will never go back.

The staff was friendly for the most part.

The room was overpriced for what was given, I stayed at a nicer motel a week before for cheaper. There was Roaches in the room. The Ice machine didn't work and the beds were uncomfortable, the ac didn't work as it should. All in all overpriced for the quality that was given

Breakfast a grab and go bag but did have coffee on hand. The Room was clean and they done a good job of keeping it clean.
