The beds were soft and comfortable. Loved the security crew and safety lighting.

Maintenance personnel spraying wall texture on the walls at 9:45 and then sanding it down, and then vacuuming the hall finishing after 10pm. We had to be up and on the road by 4:30am. I even went out and asked how much longer he was going to be. I needed my sleep--my companion was already asleep already due to cold meds, but I couldn't sleep due to all the noise right outside the door (119A). The cracks around the door were huge including almost a inch clearance on the bottom of the door. (Included picture)

Location to shopping was good. Filled with homeless. Security measures in place for guest protection. Did come to repack car to find somone checking it out.

Security key and door key system effective but confusing with having to use 2 keys for any entrance to locked property gates and room.

Noisy doors slamming. Elevator not working well. Old carpets. Smelled like smoke in hallway. 30 old used mattresses piled up outside our window. People bbqing in the parking lot. Really unfriendly reception staff.

the staff was not welcoming and took a long time to check in because she kept making side talk with another women. we got put in a room that had bugs and the bed was not comfortable. we also were place in the middle of other guests with kids and dogs. it was really noisy all throughout the night and no one did anything about it. we couldn’t even sleep with the dogs barking, kids crying and other guests really load all throughout the night.

Truck was broken into with $4,000 worth of tools stolen. Hotel won't provide video camera footage. Police report had been filed

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good.

Area around the hotel was not what I expected. Felt a bit nervous going to and from my vehicle. Had difficulty accessing the building with the cards on more than one occasion. Several other patrons were rather loud. No tub mat in the restroom.

Room was clean

It smell bad and the door entrance was broken and so noisy all night couldn't sleep well
