Amazing hotel and staffs.

Location and view

No balcony- could see the water but couldn’t enjoy it really. Also shouldn’t be that costly if Reno’s are being done. Also small and limited parking

Location is perfect. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff member Chelsea was lovely at check in.

For a hotel that is newly renovated, I expected more. There were no pictures on the walls. Sheer curtains had the room number written on them with a sharpie marker and it was visible to us. Looked junkie. Bathroom had 2 towels and other then the shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the showers, there was nothing else ie: sewing kit, hand lotion, that we are used to when we arrive at an upper scale hotel. For the nearly $ 500 we paid for one night, it wasn’t worth the money. Definitely fell short.

the location is good and the restaurant is good.

the room is dirty and facilities are old. hotel did not tell us they are innovation in advance until two days we arrived. we cannot cancel it. if not we will be charged.

Only the staffs were good.

It was under construction, so it was noisy. Expensive and does not have a good view. I booked for four-person but only three towels in the room. Under my expectation.

Good location near restaurants. In hotel breakfast was excellent.

In room heater was broken. One was blowing cold air and the other one was hot.

Every staff member we encountered was absolutely wonderful and friendly. My kids LOVED the pool and the room service/restaurant food was fantastic. Can't wait to come back.

Front desk personnel are very professional and helpful. The location was great.

Old, dateted room, very noisy unit ventilator, wall paper was coming off. Halfway smelled like smoke. Hidden front/main entrance. Parking.

The pool and hot tub are great - nice view of the water from the pool area.

the parking charge was mentioned AFTER the booking was complete. the walls were so thin we could hear the couple next door talking…at 3am! the “hot” tub was 80 degrees in Saturday morning ☹️ trays of food were left in the halls for many hours.
